Great location! Located in Resort, this three level duplex cabin has access to all resort amenities, is just a half mile from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and is close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient for a beautiful drive out Wears Valley Road to Townsend, TN, with unique craft shops along the way. Private, yet close to it all!

The Main level has a living room which features a river stone gas fireplace, Cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, half bath, leather sofa, private screened in porch with covered hot tub.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed, Cable TV, private bath, and private balcony for that morning cup of coffee or evening relaxing.

Downstairs features a fireplace, Queen size bed, Cable TV, sofa, private bath, jacuzzi tub, kitchenette, and deck with gas grill.

Just steps away from your door, enjoy seasonal swimming in the outdoor pool or year-round swimming in the indoor pool.

This is a nice cabin really close to all the Pigeon Forge shopping. Dated, but still a nice cabin. I would stay here again.

Two commodes ran constantly. Hot tub controls didn’t work properly. Too hot and wouldn’t turn down. Vents and fan needed cleaning. Outside furniture needed cleaning. Other than these features, our visit was fine. Good location near the parkway.

Fortunately, the hot tub does work correctly. When you press the temperature button the temperature starts rising and continues to go up until it reaches 104 and then starts to go down until it reaches 90 and then starts to go up again you take your finger off the temperature button when it reaches the desire temperature. This is in the book by the television set or a phone call could have easily resolved the situation. The cleaning crew did not report any commode’s running when they cleaned. It could be an intermittent problem we would’ve had somebody come address the issue if you had called. Glad you enjoyed your stay other than these two things wish you had called. Could’ve addressed your problems at that time.

The property needs a thorough deep clean. The upstairs shower has peeling wallpaper and signs of mildew. The downstairs tub is full of mildew on the caulk. There was a lightbulb missing in the bathroom and the ice maker didn't function.The floor in front of the downstairs toilet is soft and the tile has cracked and is loose.The location is great, and the amenities would be too. We didn't use the resort features, but having them was nice.

The location was great but the bed sheets had not been washed. There was black specs of dirt covering the sheets and small hairs which looked like pubic hairs and for that reason I would not recommend! The host definitely needs to hire a new cleaning crew!

We’ve never had a review like this, and the guest never contacted us. If the guest had contacted us, we would’ve definitely come over and rectify the situation. We were totally unaware of anything being wrong until we read the review.

The stay at this place was amazing. Had a little hiccup with the door code, but it was fixed quickly with one phone call. Very nice and spacious in the hot tub was wonderful. Nice area and quiet but easily accessible to everything in the area, I love it and plan on going back.

This was a very nice cabin stay. It is 3 levels, which should be mentioned in case someone has mobility issues. The lighting was dim or sporadic throughout the cabin and the wall outlets were too loose to keep the plugs from falling out. Those are my only 2 critiques though because this property provided everything we needed and was very relaxing and cozy. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The owner was very accomodating and we enjoyed all the amenities offered at the resort. The location was perfect for wanting to be close to the action, yet still secluded.
