We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was well located and provided lots of entertainment watching the golfers tee off right beside our patio. Loved the big open floorplan .The CV link was close by and a lovely walking and biking opportunity.The weather was unseasonably warm but our unit was very comfortable. It was well appointed and equipped.The only things missing were martini and beer glasses.The place was very clean and easy to maintain.The pool was conveniently located across the street from the unit.The rental management was quick to respond to a small issue we had.The beds were comfortable and the fans in all rooms were great for airflow over and above the air conditioning.A few recommendations to improve the unit and better accommodate your guests:.Better sheets and a spare set of sheets for each bed.TV in the primary suite would be nice..Upgraded furniture in living room and on patio
11 days, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, tv in each bedroom, good bathrooms, nice washer and dryer, clean and generally a very liveable house in a very nice neighborhood. Ryson vacations management is very responsive and followed up to ensure we were settled in ok. They provided quick turnaround on my emails before and during our stay. Would rent from them again.
Great neighborhood, easy access to Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert. A clean, nice property. Furnace not working and cold at nights/mornings, management tried to get it fixed, but unable, so that part wasn’t great. Someone (family of owner)came unannounced to our door at 9:30pm on a Sunday night to take our garbage out, so that was weird. Otherwise a nice stay!
