This property is brand new and absolutely beautiful located in Wildwood, New Jersey. It is 3 floors and has 5 bedrooms (1 bedroom on the main 2nd floor and 4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor), 3 baths, living room, beautiful kitchen, laundry room, outdoor shower, one-car garage, 2 decks with bay views and Wi-Fi. It is 6 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The property sleeps 16 people. It is decorated with flat screen TVs, granite countertops, engineered hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. It is located by one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in South Jersey.
Enjoy dining-in in this fully-stocked kitchen. You can enjoy shopping, dining, fine galleries, the boardwalk, the zoo, fishing, crabbing, miniature golf, and the night life. Numerous marinas are nearby, just to mention a few amenities you can indulge in. There are fireworks every Friday all summer long on the beach which you can watch from the 2nd floor deck with a bay view, not to mention an extensive boardwalk, nicknamed “two miles of smiles,” due to shopping, games, and rides! This property is perfect for large families and friends.

Linens, Towels and Paper Products are Not Provided by Owner (A Linen and Towel Service can be recommended upon request!)

Cape May, Avalon and Stone Harbor are just a 10-minute ride away. If you enjoy gambling, Atlantic City’s casinos are 40 minutes away.

Put A/C on 78 degrees or heat on 55 degrees depending on the season (Both thermostats, upstairs hallway and main floor kitchen) and also on AUTO mode not FAN mode.
Get rid of any excess trash at 400 W Oak Ave. (2 blocks over from property, not Oak Ave. in North Wildwood). Be courteous to the next tenant checking in by not leaving your trash and recycling behind.
Put out trash and Recycling cans if it is trash and recycling pick up day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at this property for Irish Weekend! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and lots of space for everyone. The location was perfect, quick uber to all the festivities and in a quiet area enough to relax when we wanted downtime. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in/check-out simple and stress-free. We had a great experience. Highly recommend this rental!! We will definitely be back!

House was beautiful new construction on a quiet street, clean and had a bonus room on the first floor with foosball, ping-pong, and space to gather. Check in process was super easy. It was a good walk to the beach, but the bay was at the end of the street for beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect place

As for our trip this house was absolutely perfect. Very clean spacious, kitchen fully prepared for guests and basement with activities to keep busy everyone . The communication with the host was easy and productive . We had so much fun there , adults and teenagers all together playing ping- pong , relaxing in the balcony or enjoying some Wildwood attractions . This place made our stay a very pleasant one . The best place we have ever stayed at the ocean.

Very Spacious- Great for groups

We had a wonderful time at this property! It’s in a great location—just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach and only a 4-minute drive to the convention center, which made everything super convenient. The home itself is spacious and well laid out, with large rooms that easily accommodated our group.The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the fun entertainment area downstairs, complete with a foosball table and ping pong table—perfect for relaxing and having fun after a day out.The balconies were another favorite feature, offering a great space to unwind or entertain, all in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Although we weren’t able to use the grill due to an empty propane tank, the owners were very apologetic and responsive, which we really appreciated.All in all, it’s an ideal spot for larger groups looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. Highly recommend!
