Wonderful place to spend a week! The grandkids loved the pool and fenced-in yard. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out with 2 family rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/pots and pans for cooking. Would go back again.The owner just needs to reply to questions in a timely manner.

Great location . Love the pool. Was a very hot week high 80’s so a/c was hard keeping it cool. A larger unit could handle it . Lots of ceiling fans to help . Stayed there before and didn’t have this issue but I really like the property and the owner is very attentive and did help so I really appreciate his attention

Great for a family trip

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We were 7 adults, 3 kids ages 4-2, and a newborn. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, kitchen is really big, pool is great. Super easy walk or drive to the beach. Highly recommend.

Family gathering for a celebration of life for our mother.

9 family members stayed. All were quite happy with their accommodations. Spacious, clean, lots of areas to congregate. Close to Cape May, Stone Harbour, the boardwalk and other attractions. Beautiful beach about a ten minute walk.

Perfect family house

Our family included my grown children and grandchildren. Large rooms afforded us space for those who had to spend time working while the young ones played board games and entertained little ones. Short walk to beach and terrific pool to cool off in. Large kitchen for family meals. Would highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacation

Loved the pool and walking 2.5 blocks to a nice beach in a nice neighborhood. Loved the kitchen worked well with all my daughters and I preparing all our meals. Loved the two living rooms the extra refrigerator and modern bathrooms. Owner left us a nice welcome gift wine and beer very thoughtful and if you forgot something it’s most likely there. I hate writing a good review though because I would like to rebook next year and when I found this rental there was only one week left so I took it and so glad I did. My three daughters and their husbands and my 7 grandchildren loved the rental and of course the beach ,miniature golf , the boardwalk, ice cream and the pool! The pool was what I needed and it was perfect. The best vacation so far.

Perfect beach house for families!

House was much bigger than I thought it would be. Disclaimer that one of the queen sized bedrooms is actually within another bedroom. But this didn’t impact our stay but important for big family rentals. My recommendation would be to put the queen upstairs and the kids bunk bed room downstairs. One of the very few homes in Wildwood that had a pool and worth every penny! We asked to turn up the heat and it made a huge difference. Beach is about 2-3 blocks away. So close and no need to drive down. Beautiful FREE bea cb with a lifeguard on duty! The kids played in the sand all day and were able to see little crabs and fish in the water! Sheets and towels are included which is a huge plus when staying in Jersey! Will book again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!

Everything about this beautiful Home was PERFECT!!! Their was 12 of us, 2 children under 10, 3 teens , and 7 adults. I can't say enough about this place! It was so clean and beautiful. Everyone had perfect rooms, plenty of bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, 2 TVs- a third one in my bedroom was not hooked up. We made a couple of calls in need of a couple of things and the management was right on the ball. We used the heated pool every day, sometimes for hours just relaxing and cooling off from the heat. It is located in a place where their is so much to do- beaches, a huge Boardwalk with plenty to do, see and eat! We went on a Pirate outing which we all loved! It was so much fun! The beds were really comfortable, everyone said they slept really good! Hope to do it again!!

Wildwood Crest rental house

Beautiful house. Lots of space. Bedrooms had plenty of room. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Pool was nice and convenient. Front yard was good too. Plenty of parking. Dining room table was great for a large group. Negative was it was hot. We couldn’t get the A/C to either work properly or wasn’t good enough to cool down the rooms. Bedrooms got warm and main living area was very warm. Could use extra TVs in the bedrooms. Seem to have an ants issue. The AC in the downstairs is too loud to use at night and the room doesn’t get any central air so it’s very uncomfortable to sleep in. Loved the water cooler, grill, kitchen, washer/dryer and pool.

Fantastic family getaway

Our group of 10 to 15 people at times had an amazing time at this property. We celebrated our son’s 18th birthday and his high school graduation in addition to my mom’s 73rd birthday. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. It was spacious enough so that no one felt cramped. It was wonderful to be able to dine outside for almost all our meals(all cooked in an amazing kitchen). The teenagers enjoyed the heated pool, the beach and had multiple movie nights. We even had a family paint night. They enjoyed jet skiing, parasailing and dolphin watching at a location that was literally a 5 minute drive away from the house. Diamond beach is a 2 block walk. We were able to get teenagers up to watch a 5:30 am sunrise followed by a breakfast on the beach. The Wildwood boardwalk provided endless entertainment for all. Cape May is a short drive from the house with numerous restaurants, great shopping and we witnessed a gorgeous sunset at Sunset Beach. To have teenagers asking “what are we doing next?” and not be stuck on their phones is a testament to what a fantastic time we had. I always ask multiple questions whenever I rent a house for vacation and my questions were answered promptly and accurately. We made memories that will last a lifetime and literally no one wanted to leave because we felt like we were HOME.

Lovely home for a family gathering

My husband decided to host his family for a week, since the last time they all hung out together at the beach was decades ago. We were looking for a home with 7 bedrooms and a pool - very hard to find, but this house fit the bill perfectly. All told, we had 9 adults, 2 small kids, and a teenager who came and went over the course of a week. The house is very spacious, and having 2 fridges, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms was very useful for our family. The pool was awesome! It was a bit of a surprise that it was in the front and with a view of the sidewalk, but it was pretty low traffic and nobody stared at us. Unfortunately, the week we were there the weather was not great several of the days that the kids were there, but they really enjoyed the pool! Also, despite "3 parking spots" we were able to fit 5 cars in the driveway with no issues, and there was free street parking too. The location could not be beat. It's walkable to the beach, a few restaurants, a liquor store, and a little market with great subs. The Cape May Nature Preserve is very close and many of us walked or ran there from the house. Also, Wildwood beaches are the only ones in NJ that don't require a beach tag! The only issue we had during our stay was the washer stopped working - the property manager graciously offered to have someone walk us through the issue over WhatsApp, but by then most people were gone and my husband and I just wanted to enjoy our last day at the beach.

Pool Unusable

This was the second year we stayed at this house, last year we had A/C issues which were finally resolved (which, looking at a review from the prior week, pre-existed our stay), and the owner offered us a discount on our 2022 stay. This year we arrived on Saturday to find the pool with black spots (turned out to be dangerous black algae) and debris in the bottom of the pool. The owner agreed to resolve the matter; however, it turned out that the initial resolution was to have “the pool guy” make his weekly Monday visit to the pool. The pool guy vacuumed, brushed the walls, added chlorine (10 gallons) and treated for the black algae (which he confirmed) and stated the pool could not be used that day. Later Monday when I pointed out to the owner that this type of issue doesn’t happen overnight and that black algae was serious his reaction was "This is the first time any of us are hearing about this and I haven’t had a guest this summer mention this issue” and “The pool service professionals will be there tomorrow [Tuesday] to certify the safety of the pool. We’re working to resolve the issue.” This made me feel like he was implying we were overstating the issue. The pool guy returned on Tuesday to once again observe the algae and to add 10 more gallons of chlorine, the previous chlorine was dissipated due to the black algae. He again said that pool could not be used. After doing some research on the seriousness of black algae I called the county board of health to confirm the facts surrounding black algae. Following that call I communicated to the owner again how serious the situation was. The owner’s response was “As you mentioned prior, this is not a simple task to do. With that being said the pool will be closed until further noticed.” Over the next three days, although I provided updates on “the pool guys” efforts I heard nothing from the owner. When I left the property there was still visible black algae, I only hope the subsequent renters were appraised of the situation. The pool was one of the primary reasons we choose this property and didn’t have use of it all week. After this experience I would not recommend this property.

We know you found a multitude of issues last year that were minuscule (toilet not flushing because the lever had to be pulled up) or fixed immediately. Regardless we provided you a very generous (~50%) discount for this year as a thank you for being patient in our opening year. Which oddly enough a review was never left after being compensated. Again, you found a multitude of issues that all of which were immediately address again and fixed. Unfortunately, you were the first guest to bring this issue up with the pool but we took quick action by having it inspected and closed the pool while we took hold of the situation. Unfortunately we were not able to meet your aggressive demands to be compensated with an even greater discount that the 50% you already received. We wish your next hosts luck!

Family vacation 2022

The home was in a great part of Wildwood. Quiet and a short walk to the beach. The pool was great!!! I loved the home deco and fortunately, there were 4 bathrooms. We loved cooking in the spacious Kitchen! Lots of counter top space! My only critiques of the house is the fact that it is hard to have children and elderly there with the steps, the bathrooms have no grab bars and there needs to be more than one working TV with a crowd. Also, hand towels and wash cloths would be helpful. Small things that really did not impact our vacation but, some small adjustments would put this house over the top!! We would come back!!

This is definitely a house I would rent again. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Check in process was easy and Matt cordially responded whenever we had questions to ask. Also the distance from the house to the beach was perfect for whenever we wanted to hit the beach.
