Cute little condo with a great outdoor pool with a view of the ocean - perfect for sunsets! The property was well maintained and clean, the A/C was definitely a bonus. Good location close to shopping areas and not too far of a drive from beaches to swim.

The Condo was very clean and neat. The pool overlooking the ocean was amazing!If you drink coffee or tea, be sure to bring it with you as that was not provided.Kim and Lake were very responsive and helpful.

The swimming pool, with the crashing waves below and the sunsetting was amazing. Green Flash Coffee Cafe next door for smoothies and breakfast, and the farmers market down the road, great location. The Lani/Balcony was great to be able to sit outside when there was a terrible rain storm. Very nice would stay here again.We had Booked incorrect dates and they were Very Accommidating in helping us correct. Thank You.Cheryl & Kirk

We really appreciated the convenience of this stay (location, reserved parking, air conditioning). The pool, coastline and grilling area is a short walk down to the end of the complex. A little coffee shop is a quick walk to the complex next door. Sipping coffee on the lanai is such a civilized way to start each day! A nice collection of goodies to share (provided by owners or left by previous guests) is always a fun perk at properties such as this one. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

This place was the perfect place for two people. It was comfortable and cozy. We never had any issues with any loud noises or disturbing neighbors. Lake and Kim were great communicators when needed and overall seem very nice!

This was a great place to stay in Kona and the bed was SO comfortable! I really appreciated having a parking space and access to some of the beach chairs. I didn’t make it to the pool until check out but it was a nice space and I loved access to the shoreline. There are no places to eat super close but I used door dash and it was perfect.
