WHERE YOU CAN PICNIC, WATCH HULA DANCERS AND

ENJOY SITTING AND WATCHING THE SURF ROLL IN.

Lovely immaculate 2nd floor condo with granite kitchen counters

and fully equipped with quality furnishings. Ceramic tiled floors

throughout, expanded living area. Open the slider and experience

the fresh air and lapping surf below, with queen bed perched

above the blue Pacific. The view from the Queen Sized bed is amazing!

See dolphins and tropical fish right from

your living area. Also a queen sofabed in the living area. This upper

floor location give so much privacy without common lanai railings

that are open to adjoining condo

. You can really relax and enjoy beautiful Hawaii. Sleeps 1-3 people.

JUST A FEW STEP FROM YOUR DOOR.

ALSO KNOW AS WHITE SANDS OR DISAPPEARING SANDS BEACH. Some times our sand goes out into the bay. When that happens there is a great swimming beach nearby named Kahalu.

This is the Kona side of the Big Island! The favorite surfing and boogie boarding beach! Lots of fun! Swim, relax, snorkel, catch a wave! rolling waves on the beach below the condo and a great popular sandy beach a few feet away, great oceanfront swimming pool, bbq's and lawn.

Kona Magic Sand has under 37 apartments , never crowded.

There's a lovely park right next door on the other side of the property with lawn and shady trees.Hula demonstrations are see in this great oceanfront park. Farmers market a short distance drive featuring a dazzling array of tropical fruits, flowers and Island produce.


Everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or make reservation at one of the many fine eateries near by. There is the Keahou Shopping Center about 3 min drive away and downtown Kona about 10 min drive. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do!
The is an open air shuttle that runs during the day to take you to and back from down town Kailua Kona or Keauhou Shopping Center. It stops right out in front. So easy!

The view was amazing and we loved the pool.. Location is great and the restaurant was wonderful. The bed wasn’t comfortable but the view helped make up for it!! I would love to come again but hope the bed is replaced.

This condo is great! The location couldn't be better, attached to a nice beach, close to many others. The restaurant on premises was so convenient and also good food. The condo was very comfortable, surprisingly specious, very clean, and had lots of thoughtful amenities - including everything you need for a day at the beach! The owner was also very kind and quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous space to spend our honeymoon! The building had a working grill we took full advantage of for dinners. You can watch sunset and moonset from the unit itself and fall asleep to the waves. The water is so clear we could see fish in the water from the condo. Easy walk to Magic Sands beach with convenient feet washing stations for the sand. Alice was very kind accommodating check-in and check-out time hiccups we had due to flights. Highly recommend this stay!

We loved the location of this property. The water outside the window is so clear you can see yellow and black tangs in the waves. Looks like an aquarium. We also so spinner dolphins playing. Listening to the waves crash on the rocks is the best. It was really hot while we were there in September so the portable AC got a workout but sleeping was comfortable. The bathroom stayed warm. Very clean and comfortable.

Close enough to touch

We loved its location…central to the things we wanted to enjoy in Kona town, and the towns south of us. And at night the ocean waves outside our bedroom window made us feel like we were sleeping on the water.

Beautiful location

Property is clean, neat and tidy. Has beach chairs and a cooler for your trips. You cannot ask for a better view when the windows are open. The shower has good pressure but barely warm. Highly recommend for a couple.

Everything we needed for a Kona stay

We stayed 4 nights at this property and it was perfect. So many great beaches close by for snorkeling and swimming. Convenient to the shopping center in Kona, but without the bustle and chaos. We didn't need to rent a thing for our beach days, and we enjoyed a nice ocean breeze and stunning views at night. Would stay again!nice ocean

Great stay

Fantastic place to stay, sliding doors open over the ocean, great view of the sunset every night. Well stocked kitchen to whip up breakfast and lounge around watching the sun light up the sea. Hardly a walk to magic sands beach, and the restaurant downstairs is great for dinner or a beachfront night-cap.

Why they chose this property

This is such a romantic and healthy place to be - right on the clean warm ocean in Hawaii. I know that location is key. This location is the best- on the ocean,walk to the beach, next to a park all at a price that is more than fair. What more could you ask for!

What makes this property unique

All my guests just rave about how they love this beach front studio. First thing in morning the ocean water is so glassy and clean, I just love it and so will you! It is such a fun and friendly atmosphere.
