Upon entering the home, you step into a spacious living room with two square archways to access either the dining room or kitchen with ease. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for your culinary family members to create their terrific meals or for the less inclined to cook, clean up is a breeze. Cupboards, countertops, and drawers are all within reach of the stove, fridge, and double sink. Backsplashes are stone-look tiles reminiscent of the color of the southwest. The home owners carried th

Wine tasting with the family
The house was very nice and in quiet neighborhood. Great location for wine tasting and restaurants. The only problem was the lock code to the house was wrong. Once that got taken care of. It was a great weekend.
In town visiting family that just moved to Star, Idaho. This property was minutes away and fit the bill perfectly.

Clean home in quiet neighborhood
We ended up staying in this home because the first reservation we made put the house up for sale during our stay. That to say, this is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood—minus the fireworks over the 4th of July. The home was clean and in good repair—which is important to us. The communication from the property management company, which is owned by the family, was terrible. They did not respond to any messages sent via VRBO and their phone system led you in circles. Once we realized they would only communicate via text, it was better. They responded to our maintenance request right away via text. They did not communicate a lawn mowing company would come unannounced and cut the grass. We had a dog with us and it could have easily escaped the fenced-in backyard when it was opened unexpectedly. There is no drywall or insulation in much of the attached garage ceiling, which is a safety violation. This was not communicated as an open issue. Overall, it was a nice home to stay in.
We rented this place for family that was in town, after the holidays. The place was fine; it’s the second time we’ve rented it. We were disappointed in Matthew ( VRBO communicator), as we politely asked to put a high chair and playpen in the house, 2 hours early for my daughter. BS answer about others turning around house vacancy, which we could see there was no one there
