The property looked just like the pictures and was in a great location with a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, which was a big plus.The biggest downside was the cleanliness. There were stains on the carpet and curtains, and the floors could have been swept and mopped more thoroughly before our arrival. We also had an issue with one of the light that says “good times” not working. I contacted the owner, who gave me clear instructions to turn it on. I then followed them and let him know the light still wasn't working, but I never received a follow-up response.Overall, the property itself was nice and matched the listing, but better cleaning and communication would have made for a much better stay.

The home itself is beautiful and located in a great, quiet residential area. Unfortunately, the issues with the air conditioning made our stay extremely uncomfortable.Shortly before check in, the host notified me that a technician was at the property working on the AC. However, I was not made aware that the central air was completely out or that a portable AC unit had been placed in the home as an alternative.Throughout our weekend stay, temperatures inside the home reached around 90 degrees while it was approximately 99–100 degrees outside. The portable unit was not sufficient to cool the home, making it difficult to relax, sleep, or enjoy the property:When I reached out about the heat, I had to send multiple messages, call, and ultimately contact VRBO support before receiving a response. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, but I believe the full extent of the AC problem should have been disclosed before check in so we could decide whether we were comfortable staying under those conditions.As beautiful as the home is, spending the weekend without functioning central air in nearly 100 degree weather made the stay uncomfortable and unfortunately not enjoyable.

Thank you for your feedback, Tiera. Unfortunately, the A/C issue was discovered only about an hour before check-in during the same-day turnover. The previous guests had checked out that day without reporting any A/C issues, but during servicing we noticed the system was not cooling the home properly. A technician was contacted, but the part needed for the repair would not be available for two days. Supplemental A/C units were provided in the meantime, but unfortunately they were not sufficient given the extreme outdoor temperatures. The issue has since been repaired, and a refund was also issued to you through Vrbo for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and your kind comments about the home and its location.

The house was beautiful! The beds and sofa were really comfortable. However, I would advise you to bring your own linen for the beds. The only other thing is that the outside was very dark so I would suggest bringing a flashlight. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Me and my friends really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. Looks just like the pictures and is a good quiet neighbor hood, with good distance to all city attractions. The master bedroom shower was also immaculate!

Loved staying here for my birthday had a great time. Beds were clean and comfortable. The house was clean and had great energy 10/10 definitely would recommend to anyone else to stay here.
