This beautifully maintained 2 bedroom 2 and one half bath 1646 sq. ft is impeccable. A well designed floor plan including a lanai with a Viking BBQ (and walk out to the the lawn), and private attached garage. Downstairs features the kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings, and a laundry room with extra storage, and a half bath. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, with the main bedroom having its own private lanai, and separate seating area great for an office. This unit has excellent placement facing the golf course with a private forested area in between allowing for extra privacy.

The resort is situated on the Francis H. Brown North Golf Course. STVR are allowed and so are pets. The amenities include a large pavilion, swimming pool with lava rock waterfall, spa and a fitness center.
