This remote getaway in the Colorado Rocky Mountains is within 15–30 minutes of world-class resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Vail and Beaver Creek are just 35–45 minutes away.
Located in a private gated community, the property includes access to biking and hiking trails, a community center with a business center, gathering spaces, a fitness facility, 2 hot tubs, a heated swimming pool, and private lake access.
The Space
This newly built modern mountain home sits on one of the largest and most private lots in the neighborhood, and has comfortably hosted large groups time and again.
Sleeping Arrangements — Main House + Guest House:
Upstairs Primary Bedroom — King
Upstairs Guest Room — 2 custom Queen Bunk Beds
Downstairs Primary Bedroom — King
Downstairs Guest Room — 2 custom Queen Bunk Beds
Lower Level Den — Full size bed in a cozy, cave-like nook beneath the stairs (please note: this space does not have a window, egress exit, or dedicated smoke/CO detector — it's ideal as a bonus sleeping spot for kids or flexible overflow, but we want guests to have full transparency before booking)
Detached Guest House / Casita — King
Additional sleeping is possible with air mattresses (available nearby at Target).
The custom adult-sized queen bunk beds are genuinely comfortable — not an afterthought — and work great for large groups who want their own space without sacrificing sleep quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for a complete stay. We're happy to share additional photos of any space so you have clear expectations before you arrive.

The property can be rented as the full home or as the guest house standalone — your choice.
A Few Important Notes:
Fire restrictions are strictly enforced year-round. Do not start a wood fire anywhere on the property under any circumstances. Local authorities actively enforce this and violations can result in serious legal consequences. We want your stay to be wonderful — please take this seriously.
On "air conditioning": This home does not have a traditional HVAC system. It features radiant heated flooring for cold days. At this elevation, cooling in summer is typically achieved simply by opening windows and if necessary using the portable fans in the house — the mountain breeze genuinely works. This is standard for high-altitude Colorado homes.
Community Center Access: The community center (hot tubs, heated pool, fitness facility, business center) requires advance coordination. If you'd like access during your stay, let us know before your trip and we'll make reservations. A waiver will be required on-site. Hot tub and pool access is self-serve via key fob (provided at check-in).
Community Center Hours (verify upon arrival as hours may change):
Mon–Fri: 10am–7pm
Saturday: 9am–2pm
Sunday: 3pm–8pm
A small replacement fee applies for any lost keys or key fobs.
