Comfy Cozy three bedroom apartment
This place is located on Buffalo’s west side. It’s 5 mins from Downtown Buffalo, 13 mins from buffalo river works , 21 minutes away from Niagara Falls, 5 minutes from the Canadian border and Elmwood village. Enjoy the Niagara street night life while visiting which is 3 minutes away. Electronic key pad lock allowing for flexible check-in / check out. Free WiFi. Smart tvs are located in the master bed room and living room. Newly renovated and remodeled. You'll enjoy this stylish comfy cozy space.
The space
This is an upper apartment! It has 2 portable ac units (keeps the apartment very comfortable and cool) 1 in the main room sitting area and one in the rear bedroom by the bathroom. There is also 2 fans and a ceiling fan!
Guest access
This is an upper apartment, with its own entrance. I’ve recently added a RED charcoal grill and a TURQUOISE patio table with an umbrella that’s for guest to use in the yard on the grass.
