This spacious A Frame cottage checks all the boxes for the vacation getaway in Southern Maine.
Conveniently located on a deadend just at the top of Mile Rd. And 1 mile to Wells Beach.
Walk, ride your bike or park at local parking lots to Wells Beach, or venture to the other beautiful beaches in the area.
Walking distance to lots of local Restaurants that Wells has to offer.
Conveniently located in between Ogunquit and Kennebunk/Kennebunkport and short ride to Portland, Kittery and Portsmouth NH.
Offering 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub/shower & 1 full bath with bath only to accommodate up to 9 guests ( one bedroom offers 2 double beds & a twin)
Updated open concept Kitchen, dining Area and Living Room with TV. A roomy 3 seasonal closed-in porch with TV. Convenient first floor bedroom with queen bed. Second Floor offers 2 spacious bedrooms-one with a king and other with 2 full size beds and twin . Bathroom with tub only completes this floor. All bedrooms have ceilings fans and new mini split air condition units for the warm nights. Crisp White bed linens and bath towels are offered as well as beach towels. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking essentials, mini split air-conditioning and plenty of seating for family and friends to gather. Full size washer and dryer located in first floor bathroom.

Great weekend get away in the off season … Enjoy many seasons in Southern Maine. FALL: Leaf peeping season, apple orchards and craft fairs. WINTER: weekends at Kenneybunk Christmas Prelude or Ogunquits Christmas by the Sea and snow activities close by

Nearby are beautiful inns for a quaint lunch, relaxing spas, outlet shopping, breweries/ distilleries and lots of pubs/ restaurants for the savvy foodie. Nature Lovers can take in the Rachel Carlson Reservation.

Awesome Thanksgiving!

We hosted 12 people (6 stayed in house) for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was amazing! The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen can totally handle cooking a huge meal, and overall it was a great day! THank you Nicole!
