Great Family Stay

Was a great option to staying close to Dallas (12-15). Perfect for multi generational families! Master plus additional downstairs. And 2 more upstairs! Quiet and clean neighborhood. Close to lots of stores

Lovely property and host

Host was great and super quick responding as if they live next door... the only thing was no smoking outside which was a hassle for family who smoke but they made it work with use the car for smoking... nice place i would add a tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Not Ready For Prime Time

Too much to say about this property. The good: AC worked great. Pool was not oversized but it was clean and just fine. The bad: Seceral dead roaches. The renovation is not complete. No TV upstairs for my teenagers. Foosball table upstairs with no foosball.The furniture in the living room is probably from Goodwill. Make sure someone can help you up because it’s like sitting in the floor. Owners would never stay there. It’s just not liveable. We got one towel for each of us. 2 adults and 2 kids. Like hotel service but no cleaning. No master bath. Downstairs has a bathroom in the hallway with bedrooms down the hall each way. Come out of the master and you will walk down the hall toward the other bedroom to get to the bathroom. The bathroom remodel is a fail and if owners ever visited they would see that. The one showerhead that was redirected into the ceiling is a horrible idea. Not really a fixable issue but weak shower head overhead. No rinsing the heiney. No showering without wetting your hair. The barn style door on the bathroom broke the casing before we arrived. If they fix it the casing will break again because it’s a bad idea. So you could not close the bathroom door. Sit on the toilet and you have a clear view right to the dining room table about 10 feet away. My 15 year old boys could watch me or their mother on the toilet. Pass on this until they remodel again. We own multiple VRBO properties. This is an absentee owner.
