The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to your departure please: Empty all trashes to the dumpster near the back of the parking lot. Load & start the dishwasher. Do not leave dishes in the sink.
Leave all used towels in the bathtub, including beach towels. Be sure to rinse any beach equipment you used & place back into the storage shed. Please lock the storage shed.
If you would please send a message when you leave the condo, it will be greatly appreciated as we can dispatch our cleaning team promptly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets under 30 pounds allowed with fee.
An additional cleaning fee may be applied for stays longer than 7 days.

We had a wonderful stay at Lagoon Sun Condo! Everything was perfect — the condo was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was ideal, close to everything we needed. It was peaceful, relaxing, and truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

Walking path goes forever and access is just across the street. Beach access is just a block away. Lagoon access is less than a block away.

We came to Gulf Shores for the Shrimp Festival. The location of the condo was perfect. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our little puppy. I had to contact the owner due to an oversight on my part and I got a text right back. We were very happy with our stay at this condo!

The Sun Lagoon con do was just tge right size for the two of us. So quiet..so clean.a great location..close to the beach. I would reccomend the location for anyone who likes beaches. Mikeann were great hosts.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

We found the location to be perfect, away from crowds and heavy traffic but super convenient to all we wanted to access. Restaurants, stores, walking trail, lagoon and beach within an easy and safe walk. Larger shopping opportunities and many restaurants a short drive away.The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of comfortable seating. The shower was a real treat spacious and well appointed. Though small overall the condo is lovely, includes everything needed and everything was in good working condition. The Beach equipment listed in amenities was not to be found.

La peor experiencia

El lugar es muy bonito su anuncio está exactamente correcto el único problema es que cuando llegamos al condominio estaba completamente sucio y descuidado yo tuve que limpiar el lugar completo, lleno de pelos de perro y las cobijas rotas y decoloradas por el cloro el piso prácticamente te quedabas pegado , pero una vez limpio el lugar estaba hermoso y acogedor
