Adorable year-round home in an ideal location! Minutes to beaches, bike paths, Falmouth Country Club (public course), and ferries to Martha's Vineyard. June & September is a well-hidden secret on the Cape. Great for a weekend, family functions, weddings, and other events. A quick drive to fun-filled Mashpee Commons or to the quaint Village of Falmouth, for some unique shopping adventures and great restaurants. Beautiful during the Fall months.

This house is immaculate with a brand new fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (each with 1 queen size bed) and 1 full bath. On the second floor, there are 2 large bedrooms (the first with 1 queen size bed and 2 twin size beds and the second with 1 queen size bed) and second-floor full bath.
Large well groomed backyard with deck, outdoor furniture and Weber grill.
