great apartment in Palermo

Really nice property. Good clean comfortable furniture, great location, properly equipped, well maintained and generally nice all around. Highly recommended. Hector the property manager was very helpful and responsive If I had to point out something negative it would be the traffic noise due to the apartment being on the first floor on a busy street. All in all a great choice.

Héctor -the person in charge- is very polite and accommodating. The property is located in an excellent area of Buenos Aires. Hot water works well (for those who might worry about it). Personally, this place was not my cup of tea. I like places that are spotless clean, and that are nested in well-kept buildings. As constructive feedback, I think travellers would benefit from having updated pictures, and updated written content as well. Having said this, if you are on a tight budget, but still want to benefit from an outstanding location, this might definitely be a place to consider.

A great place to stay

The apartment is a safe place to stay. It is clean and very well situated. The area is very nice. Within walking distance you have all the services needed ( shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, etc) to enjoy your stay. Héctor, the property manager is a very nice man. He can be easily reach and he is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent choice. The apartment is well-equipped and perfectly located in the best area of Buenos Aires. Hector was very nice and always ready to respond to any sort of request with a fantastic attitude. On the other hand, owner should take a look at hot water situation. Takes several minutes until water is warm enough for a goods shower. .

He viajado a Buenos Aires por trabajo y el apartamento me ha resultado ideal, es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy bien equipado, la cama super cómoda. Y el barrio sin dudarlo la mejor elección, me encanta correr por lo que todas las mañanas antes de ir a trabajar salía a correr por los parques que hay alrededor. Como no me gusta cocinar, hay infinidad de opciones de delivery que me permitían cr cada día algo diferente. En mis próximos viajes por trabajo volveré y sin duda lo recomiendo.

Fantastic place in a wonderful neighborhood!

We spent 4 days in this apartment and had an amazing time. The studio is very comfortable with everything that you need for your stay. The location can't be better. It is close to restaurants, coffee-shops and supermarket. We are definitely going back!

Great apartment in a great location

This apartment in Palermo met all of our needs. It was very clean, and centrally located. It's a very modern design and very comfortable space. Prior to arriving, Lilliana was always in touch and very responsive. Hector was there to greet us when we arrived and he was wonderful! He gave us tips on where to go in the city, he provided two Subte cards, maps, brochures, and plenty of information! He was such a great resource to have. Hector would occasionally check-in with us via WhatsApp in case we needed anything, which was greatly appreciated! The apartment is about a 15 minute walk to the Bulnes Subte station, close to Alto Palermo shopping center, and close to a park and plenty of restaurants around. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Buen espacio y ubicacion privilegiada

El departamento es súper confortable y todo en excelente estado, la ubicacion es estrategica por su accesibilidad y seguridad, si te gusta caminar puedes llegar sin mayor esfuerzo hasta el obelisco e incluso más allá. Héctor fue cortes y servicial, nos hizo recomendaciones y sugerencias de sitios para visitar y siempre estuvo atento a nuestros mensajes a lo largo de la estadía. Visitar Argentina es fantástico y si para colmo te hospedas en el apartamento de Liliana es sentirte como si estuvieras en casa. Es un buen apartamento y está situado en una muy buena localización. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotografías. Es práctico y funcional. Hector, muchas gracias, por ayudarnos a situarnos en Buenos Aires y por tu crítica teatral. Pasamos 6 días en este apartamento y nuestra estadía fue perfecta. El apartamento está como se ve en las fotografías; muy bien mantenido y limpio; y la cama muy cómoda. Sin duda, nos alojaríamos allí si regresáramos a Buenos Aires. A pesar de estar en el primer piso, no hay ruido en lo absoluto. Es muy luminoso, y cuenta con black-outs en todas las ventanas, lo cual permite dormir muy bien. Me gustó mucho el contacto inicial con Liliana, y su inmediata respuesta a mis preguntas por correo electrónico. Además, nuestro vuelo llegaba a las 3 am a Buenos Aires, y Liliana amablemente ofreció contactarme un taxista, el Sr. José Antonio, que nos recogió en el aeropuerto y también nos llevó el día que partimos. Este detalle nos permitió llegar a la ciudad en la madrugada sin sentirnos estresados, y fue muy cómodo para nosotros. El Sr. Héctor, encargado de entregarnos las llaves, fue muy muy amable, nos dio consejos prácticos para desenvolvernos por la ciudad, y nos facilitó una tarjeta de recarga para usar los autobuses y el metro. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado; con acceso fácil a buses y metro, a tan sólo unas cuantas cuadras. Está muy cerca de Recoletta, y es un buen punto de partida para los sitios turísticos de interés. Además tiene cerca también a la calle Santa Fé, con mucho comercio; y el mall Alto Palermo. Al salir del edificio y caminar 2 cuadras a la derecha, se encuentra un café bar en la esquina -me cuentan que muy tradicional- donde se puede desayunar en un ambiente muy local; también en la cuadra anterior hay una heladería/pastelería con delicias dulces. Si al salir del edificio, se toma hacia la izquierda, también encontrarán otros sitios para comer, y una panadería a tres cuadras aprox. También hay un restaurante de carnes muy cerca, al cual no tuvimos la ocasión de ir pero que observamos siempre lleno (al salir del edificio, cruzar la calle hacia el frente, luego caminar a la derecha y en la esquina a la izquierda; queda a unos metros en esa calle, en acera izquierda). Mi esposo y yo nos sentimos muy seguros caminando por el sector y por la calle Santa Fé por la noche. ¡Gracias Liliana, Héctor y José Antonio!

Amazing modern flat in the best location!

I stayed in this flat for a couple of months in October/November 2015 while I was doing some courses and I couldn't be happier. The flat is perfect for one or two people and is fully equipped, very clean and modern; the pictures posted accurately reflect the place. It has a Jacuzzi on the rooftop and also a small gym in case you want to burn some of the amazing food you can find in Buenos Aires. It's in a prime location in one of the best areas of Buenos Aires, everything I needed was right next to the flat, I didn't even have to leave the block ("cuadra" in Argentinian) - supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, bars, parks and gyms. I could call and get any type of food delivered from loads of different places all around the area - from "empanadas" to sushi. It's very well connected, next to loads of buses that take you all over town and a short walking distance to the tube; and next to the tube is one of the best malls in the city "Alto Palermo". If you like walking (like me) you can get to the "Bosques de Palermo" really quickly and enjoy loads of museums that are close-by like the MALBA, or go to the japanese gardens, and if you feel like doing a long walk you can go through "Avenida del Libertador" straight into the city center. I would definitely recommend the place and will stay again next chance I can come to this amazing city.

Un apartamento ideal, repetiremos!

Estamos muy contentos con nuestra experiencia, tanto Liliana con a la reserva como Hector durante la estancia han sido muy amables y eficientes, respondiendo muy rápidamente a cualquier consulta o petición. Hay muchos detalles que nos han sorprendido gratamente, desde el teléfono movil que te facilitan al llegar con el que te puedes comunicar con Hector gratuitamente, hasta la tarjeta de transporte público con el que se puede viajar como un residente a precios increíbles. Tanto internet como la smart TV funcionan perfectamente, en mi caso internet era una condición indispensable. La ubicación es excelente, con cafés restaurantes, parques, centros comerciales, a los que se llega caminando. A mi me encanta hacer ejercicio así que salía todos los días a correr y terminaba haciendo ejercicio en el gym del edificio. El loft es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Es muy espacioso, con un ventanal que abarca todo el frente, por lo que es súper luminoso. La cama es muy cómoda y el baño es perfecto con la ducha escocesa, como estar en la suite de un hotel 5*. Es un barrio muy seguro, es como estar en cualquier ciudad europea. La próxima vez que vuelva a Buenos Aires volveré a alquilar a Liliana y se ho he recomendado a todos mis amigos. Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

BOOKING & ARRIVAL We visited BA for the last two weeks of July and stayed in this lovely studio apartment. Let me start by saying that the owner, Liliana, was great - responsive and accommodating to our requests - she even arranged for our airport transport. José Antonio was waiting for us outside of baggage claim as promised and he arrived right on time to take us back to the airport. CHECK-IN/OUT Hector was there when we arrived to check us in and show us the apartment and building amenities. He was very nice and attentive throughout our stay - called us on the mobile phone provided to ensure we weren't in need of anything. He arrived at the agreed time when the day came for us to leave and promptly returned our damage deposit upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment. APARTMENT The apartment is a generously sized studio with modern finishes that looks exactly as it does in the photos. Everything worked as expected. The bed is a true queen size with a comfortable mattress. Extra linens are provided. As someone with allergies, I appreciate that the apartment is both smoke and pet-free. It's on the first floor (elevators available) with a wall of windows facing the street which brings in so much natural daylight. There are blackout shades that help darken the room at night and provide privacy. LOCATION It's in a great location of the city - right in the heart of Palermo - and we were able to walk almost everywhere. BA Zoo, Japanese Gardens, MALBA, Recoleta Cemetary, Museo de Bellas Artes, Plaza Francia (don't miss the weekend markets) are all just 10-15 minutes walk away. There are several good restaurants within walking distance too. I recommend "Dandy" on the corner of Avenida del Libertador & San Martin de Tours - open throughout the day for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Several supermarkets nearby (closest one is around the corner) and a large Carrefour within a 10-min walk off Avenida Figueroa Alcorta & Salguero. Drop-off laundromat available around the corner was convenient and inexpensive. It was great not having to spend precious vacation time doing laundry. OVERALL We had an amazing stay in BA and wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again. I've already recommended it to my friends looking to visit Buenos Aires.
