Everything that makes Buenos Aires worth visiting is either on your doorstep or a short walk away.

Check-in is fully self-guided and available at any hour. Before your arrival, we'll share a QR code to access the building entrance and a numeric code to unlock the apartment door directly — no keys, no waiting, no coordination needed. Our team is available throughout your stay should you need anything.

A 40m² studio fully redesigned by the Welcome2BA Studio team. The space is organized around a queen bed (or 2 twin beds), an integrated living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a complete bathroom. A private balcony with open views completes the layout. The building includes rooftop pool, gym, sauna and laundry facilities — all available exclusively to registered guests.

The apartment is located 5 blocks from a subway station (Line D), connecting you directly to the city center and other key neighborhoods. Palermo SoHo is highly walkable — most restaurants, cafés and parks are reachable on foot. Taxis and ride-share apps are available around the clock throughout the city.

This is an entire apartment — you'll have the space fully to yourself. The building amenities (pool, gym, sauna and laundry) are available exclusively to registered guests. Check-in is fully contactless: we share a QR code for building access and a numeric code for the apartment door before your arrival. No parties or events permitted. No smoking inside the apartment.
