Overall great stay for our family with little children. Our kids loved the pool area. We enjoyed the bbq grill, very clean pool restrooms and clean pool/hot tub. Only Con was noticing the amount of dog hairs in the main bedroom. So many dog hairs all over the carpet, chairs, bed and pillows. Our socks were covered in dog hairs. I tried to vacuum, but unfortunately the vacuum was broken (spinners wouldn’t pick up any hairs) so I used the wand as best as I could. We contacted our host, also sent pictures and someone responded immediately and apologized. They sent cleaners the next day and replaced our linens. This was the only issue we had. Stayed for a full week (Fri. thru Fri.) and we were lucky to enjoy afternoons with few people in the pool area. Location and parking were perfect. We would recommend this resort and hopefully make a trip back.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. We’re so glad to hear your family had a great stay and that your little ones loved the pool area! It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the BBQ grills, the clean pool and hot tub, the spotless pool restrooms, as well as the convenient location and parking. We sincerely apologize for the pet hair you encountered in the primary bedroom. That is not the standard we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly, send the cleaners the next day, and replace the linens. Your feedback has also been shared with our housekeeping team to help ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you again for your understanding, your recommendation, and your kind words. We’re delighted that, aside from this issue, you had an enjoyable week with us, and we hope to welcome your family back for another wonderful stay in the future!
