Luxury at Winter Park Ski Resort!

Welcome to something different! Bluebird Landing has been designed to be the respite from your busy life. A high-end home where we hope your mind can be at ease as you relax, recharge, and take in the breathtaking views. We will be renting out our home on a handful of special occasions throughout the year to guests who appreciate a calm, cozy and cheery space with luxurious amenities. Our family-friendly home has 6 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 massive mountain-facing decks, and a heated 2-car garage.

We are located across I-40 from Winter Park’s Ski Resort; the free Lyft shuttle stops at the corner of our street and runs every 20 minutes so you can easily come and go from skiing throughout the day. The town of Winter Park is a 5 minute drive.

The owner is an architect who splits her time between Denver and Winter Park. After extensive traveling and staying at small family inns, she and her 3 adult children decided to open their home and create a highly curated experience for you and your family.. They hope you fall in love with Winter Park like they did. As a family, they have close to two decades of experience on the mountain - downhill ski racing, all-mountain racing, Volunteer Hosting. They chose Winter Park for its proximity to Denver and its brilliant blue sky. The ultimate ski day is a bright, cloudless, deep blue sky after a night of snowfall. This is called a Bluebird Day and what everyone hopes for. They named their home Bluebird Landing after just this kind of perfect day - capped off by returning home to this après-ski spot to luxuriate next to the oversized fireplace and watch others finish their runs on the mountain.

Our goal is to make your stay one filled with memories that will last a lifetime. We are looking for respectful guests and do not allow large parties/events, smoking of any kind, or pets. We have lots of extra homey touches such as games, interior design books, upgraded kitchen equipment, and we can also provide additional ala-carte options for food & drink delivery if desired.

Great stay!!

We loved our stay at this property! The host was super easy to work with and she provided details to make our stay enjoyable. The house was warm and convenient, and was perfectly located near the shuttle pick up for the resort. We would definitely stay there again.

Best View of Winter Park ski slopes

When we walked in - the floor to ceiling windows gave us the view of the ski slopes! We all said this was the best rental we ever did. Room layout, kitchen appliances, family room seating, dining room all were perfect. Everything was spotless clean. We also loved the heated garage - able to fit two SUVs.
