Great place, clean, up to date. Trouble with lock - same issue we had during our stay last year. We waited about 15 minutes to get access. Also, response from host was slow.

Fantastic House! Something for everyone!

This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!

The house and amenities far exceeded a normal rental. The kitchen had sturdy quality appliances with detailed instructions as needed for items such as the wonderful cafe style coffee machine. There was an entire closet filled with family games, cards and puzzles and kind, respectable notes requesting guests to use them with care so that they would last. The Ping pong table, basketball and movie room were all hits with our kids. And there were even "loaner" ski and snow items for use. We felt like we were actual guests and friends of the owner/family. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Colorado trip with grandkids

Great location with plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the game room. The garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived but Linda was very responsive and took care of it the next day.

I loved how close the house was to restaurants and the park. The house was stocked so well with games for all ages and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable as well. I would rent this place again!

Great for Families

With a playground park just a block away it was easy to amuse our 3-year-old and 15 month old. They also enjoyed the under stairs space room and the Carousel of Happiness a short walk away. Adults enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, ping pong table, and movie room.

Incredible location in a very comfortable hoise

We came to Nederland to hike and experience the town and couldn’t have been happier. Lots of little treats like extra slippers for inside, jackets for outside and snacks waiting on the table. House was a short walk into town and perfectly comfortable.

Just 5-10 minutes walk to the grocery store, local restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, night life and more! Our favorite places in town are Eldora Ski Resort during winter season, Salto Coffee for the best coffee in town, Cross Cut Pizza for the best pizza in Colorado, the Carousel of Happiness for the kids to enjoy, and The Gem and Crystal shop right across the street from Cross Cut Pizza! So many fun things in a quaint little mountain town.
