We had a wonderful time. Lovely house, safe location and close to so much. It was very clean, and we had great communication from the host. The rooms were comfortable and it was a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it. The front porch stairs were a little uneven for people that are older or for kids to walk up. The pictures made it seem like the back patio was an area to sit out on but the back lawn was not mowed and there were not chairs set up there. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and the house was great.

Kenneth, We are so sorry you encountered bugs. I checked the home thoroughly before your arrival and did not see any signs of pest activity. We have regular pest control treatment of both the interior and exterior. Again, my apologies. If I had known I would have sent pest control over immediately. With regard to the stairs, again, we are so sorry that you had difficulty using them. We’ve never had a complaint before. If we had known you were having issues we could have given you access to the garage stairs. At any rate, we’re very sorry your stay did not meet your expectations as we try our best to provide an extremely clean and safe environment.

Amazing UGA Gem

Our family loves to visit Athens and cheer for the Bulldogs, but this shoutout goes to the amazing host and homeowners of this beautiful home! Clean, perfect location and full of amenities.
