Welcome to Cozy Lake Cumberland Retreat! This is a newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage only 2 miles from Jamestown Marina.

Cozy Cottage has everything inside needed to cook your daily catch or throw some burgers on the grill. It also has a 7 person hot tub and covered patio/gazebo seating area to enjoy family time. There is also a fire pit with 8 person seating. The driveway has a lot of room for your water toys to park also an outdoor plug to charge your batteries.

The neighborhood has views of Jamestown Marina and State Dock. This is a great location as there is two boat ramps within two miles. Lilly Creek boat ramp is less than a mile away.
