Located in a serene neighborhood, our property offers an amazing private play pool and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and fun stay in our property or at the beaches. We offer both self lockbox check-in and check-out for ease and convenience and we can usually accommodate some early or late departure times without any additional costs.

Step inside and be greeted by an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing a perfect space for socializing and entertaining. The dining area features a combination 3-in-1 billiards, table tennis and dining all in one table. The kitchen features modern refrigerator, stove, and ample counter space including all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The house boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort and functionality in mind. The master suite features a plush king-sized bed, loveseat, mini-fridge and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious huge shower. The remaining three bedrooms each offer comfortable king-sized beds and 2 are family suites with an additional double or triple bunk beds for multi-family visits ensuring privacy and sleeping space for everyone.

Step outside to discover a private oasis where you can unwind and soak up the Mexican sunshine. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, watch TV either on streaming TV or outdoor projector OR simply relax outside on the chairs or covered swing. Play cornhole or enjoy drinks or making smores on the gas fireplace or light-up the portable gas heater on chiller evenings. The back patio also features a dining area with kitchenette and gas BBQ perfect for those carne-asada family outings.

Our Mexican retreat is in-town, but within 10-15 minute drive to the beaches, malecon, or calle 13 bars and restaurants. We believe we offer the best of both worlds at a reasonable price without having to pay much higher for those beach rentals! Whether you want to explore the vibrant rocky point night-life, have fun at the beach or have an enjoyable relaxing or fun private time at home, you'll find everything within reach.

We allow our guests to cover up the 2 indoor cameras for additional privacy, but ask that the external ones are untouched and left on for security purposes only. We use them to remote monitor property when the property is unattended, on check-in and out, and emergency situations.
