Pool Area Cleanliness – To maintain a clean and enjoyable space, please dispose of trash properly. Excessive trash left in the pool area will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Check-In & Check-Out Process –Check-in details will be provided one day before arrival. A team member will personally meet you upon arrival to hand over the key. Upon departure, please inform us in advance so we can arrange key collection.

Beautiful home near the malecon

This house is perfect when going to puerto peñasco. We had went on a less busy day so the drive to the malecon and the beach were minute drives away (maybe longer when it’s busy). Homeowners were always quick to respond and made sure we were set throughout our trip. P.S. Bring a grupo/Banda to the house to have a fun night.
