Cooking is important to our family, so our kitchen is fully, FULLY equipped with everything you could need for creating that fantastic meal. The kitchen has granite countertops. A regular coffee maker AND ALSO a Keurig are available in our condo for your use. There is seating for 8 in the dining room AND also a children's table and chair set for your little one's use. We are very proud of the recently renovated kitchen. . All new appliances, sinks, faucets, GORGEOUS granite and cabinet refurbishing.

There is a balcony overlooking the beach with fantastic views and wonderful area to relax - such a great place to have your morning coffee and listen to the waves and watch for the occasional dolphin.

This penthouse condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the front and back balconies. An elevator ride down from the eighth floor puts you directly at the pool, hot tub, and children's pool and play pad area. There is a second swimming pool located in this resort. Our unit puts you steps away from the beach. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills are available for use in the pool area. There is a well equipped workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment. Tennis courts are currently under construction! Not available at this time.

Surf Hut restaurant is a 15 minute walk to the West, on the beach. Beach House Restaurant (at San Destin) is a 30 minute walk on the beach to the East.
