About the host
Hosted by Christine
I was born in the 60's and it's where I like to stay in attitude, dress and decor. Steve's an old schooler and a real doggone cowboy and so we rode hard on both bikes and horses. We are quiet with a lot to say for the asking! Our home is western hippy chic shabby farm like with horses, chickens and wagtails. Catch me at sunrise doing yoga during winter months and gardening during the summer and fall. Hosting has given my life so much meaning, I do believe it is my calling and although Steve is quiet - catch him in the gardens, or with the bee's and you'll see a happy ole man.

Why they chose this property
We are loctated in the in the Northern most part of Cheyenne called the "Ranchette's". Steve was blessed in acquiring information on this property while building and volunteering at "Cheyenne Frontier Days, (World's Largest Outdoor Rodeo). He quickly sealed the deal in 1999. Soon afterwards, he was "Grandfathered In" as the zoning for Agriculture changed to Residential. In being zoned Ag, we have freedom in running our campground & lodging, as well as Farming and Ranching.
What makes this property unique
We lost this all in 2007 to foreclosure. The economy was just terrible for construction and so I switched my career and began focusing on a very much needed, over-flow campground specifically for, Cheyenne Frontier Days. We were able to re-purchase our home without moving and have happily hosted since!
What sets us apart is our love of this land in how it speaks to us. We are constantly evolving from landowners to folks who are attempting to utilize every aspect of our blessing, in order to share the magic, with others.
I do believe that inspiration only requires a vision of what could be and endurance to see it through.
You can have everything you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want- Zig Zigglar
