This property is all about location location location. In the heart of the dells but right on the beautiful Lake Delton! The water is mere feet from your front door. This property is located in Lighthouse Cove which boasts a private beach, gas bbq grills, indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs. Bring your significant other for a great priced Wisconsin Dells getaway!

This property has a full kitchen but is not stocked with anything. This property does not have plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc... There are a few coffee cups. This is a value property because of this. Perfect for young adults!

Due to local laws, the fireplace has been locked and cannot be used.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
4 persons. The person on the reservation must be 21 years of age unless preapproved by host.

• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.

• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.

No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

Peaceful lakeside retreat
Peaceful and quiet lakeside location. Pictures and description are accurate. Be sure to bring any cooking and eating utensils you might want to use. One of the best locations in the condo complex, steps away from the lake

We had a wonderful 2 day stay in this unit. There was an immediate smell upon arrival so wondering if something was being covered up. 🤔 the bedroom is spacious and comfortable mattress. This place should be bragged about for its location. The patio is overlooking lake delton and watching the boats, fishermen was a joy while sipping a beverage. Clean water, clean beach. We will return! Thank you for sharing your unit!
