We booked this cottage for Spring Break with the family (2 adults and 2 elementary aged kids). The cottage is recently renovated, very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies needed to cook meals (they also had sugar, salt, pepper and paprika in the cabinet). The property managers are responsive and the location is perfect. The cottage has 2 beach chairs and a beach wagon which is great for getting your items to the beach. We are very familiar with this community as our family has had a home here for decades - the neighbors are quiet and friendly. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The property was cozy and tucked in the back of a small ocean front condos/homes. Check-in process is very easy, watch for an email for important information. The email gives clear, precise instructions. The property itself was lovely and perfect for our small family of 4. I loved having an outdoor WARM shower after being in the cool ocean air or in the cool water of the property pool. It was very clean when we arrived. There are towels and bedding available.
