Located on Tybee Island’s North End, 37B has a spectacular view of the ocean (Savannah River Entry) and Hilton Head, access to lighted tennis courts, pool facilities, and gas grill, with picnic area. The owners took their time to make sure this unit has everything needed for a great vacation. Located on the 2nd floor the view of the beach is amazing, from the wonderful porch you can access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features cable TV, sliding glass door going out to private balcony and open dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed with private master bath, TV and sliding glass door that leads out to your private covered 7 X 35 deck, with views of the water. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and access to private bathroom. Covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Great spot

It was a very clean unit in a great location. On the north end of the island, it is away from crowds but close to plenty of restaurants and a short drive to Savannah.

Getaway on Tybee Island

Place was great for 4 ladies. Very clean and Close to walk to the beach and nice views of channel to see the container ships. I would definitely stay there again.

Room and Sheets were dirty. View was ok. Not pleased. We also had a death in family and left a day early and was told we could not receive a refund for the one night that was not used since they already paid the owner. This is not acceptable and we will not stay there again. I wish I had a recourse to get some of my money back cause what we thought we going to have was not even close. And, I have stayed at TLH for many years and am a Native Savannahian.

Good location and property. Walk to the actual beach was quite long, especially hauling all the "toddler" accoutrements. Elevator was out of service the entire trip which was unfortunate - the elevator was one of the top reasons for reserving this property. Parking was tight for a large SUV.

Cargo Ships

I love watching the cargo ships heading in and out of port and this condo had the perfect view. The condo was clean and convenient. We rented a golf cart which made traveling on the island much easier. Would stay again!

We love staying at Lighthouse Point. The atmosphere is amazing and it’s close to everything. The unit we stayed in could have been cleaner, but nothing bad enough to ruin our trip.

We really liked the property. Only thing we noticed was coffee cup looked dirty so had to wash them out before use. And sink in in hall bathroom has a cap in the drain and it doesn’t work very well. What about a recycling bin for cans and bottles. That would be great. Thanks

Tybee time at Lighthouse Point

We really enjoyed our stay at 37B. The kitchen would benefit having a few more pieces of cutlery, measuring cups, and placemats. Other than that, we loved the view and the table on the deck.

Fun and convenient

The condo was comfortable and not extravagant (with kids, we’re wary of decor that seems too precious or breakable). The location is unbeatable and our kids loved the pool! Porch closet was full of beach chairs to borrow and we also enjoyed the gas grills to cook out one night of our stay.

2nd Time Here

First, we love this place! So we stayed here in the past, but didn’t know it because the photos are a little dated. The bedroom looks much better than pictured, the master bath is newly renovated, and the outdoor storage is stocked with beach toys. Had a great check-in and we’ll soon return.

This was our third year staying at Lighthouse Point and our second year in a row staying in 37B. We absolutely love it in this area. The unit is perfect for us because of the location to the beach access and it’s in the unit with an elevator.

Older condo unit with no smart TVs or any way to use streaming services... only cable TV with very few channels. Kitchen was scarcely equipped and dirty mop and broom hung where pots and pans were stored. Plastic chairs on the deck were dirty and cracked...higher stools would have been great to see the ocean view over the rails. Trash behind the beds in twin room and broken receptacle for night stand lamp and my charging base I brought for electronics. Location and views were good, but unit and overall complex needs updating. No light on steps proved to be hazardous as I missed the last step on first level because I could not see it and I fell.
