Property was quite spacious and everything was clean. There were so many different spots both outside and inside to sit and enjoy the weather.
The property manager, Kathy, responded quickly to any questions I had and offered suggestions of places to eat and things to go see. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly We really enjoyed our stay at this property very much and would love
to stay here again!

About the host
Hosted by Kathy W
We enjoy the quiet and peaceful town of Englewood and hope to share this great experience with our guests. You can go to 5 different local gulf beaches and see dolphins, soak up the sun's rays or look for shark teeth. You'll also like kayaking the intercoastal, boating, fishing, golfing, biking, tennis and swimming in the pool which is a 5 minute walk. We also love the farmers market and shops on Dearborn Street. We love being hosts so we can share our comfortable place with others so they can just relax on our canal deck or fish on the dock or explore Englewood. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We choose this neighborhood because it is surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful reserve with abundant wildlife and activities! The house is a nice size and backs up to a canal and private in the front with the reserve across the street. The lots are larger so that you are not too close to the neighbor next store. Most of all we like that the canal goes out to the intercoastal for kayaking and boating and the miles of bike trails down the street. And the pool, tennis/pickleball courts and disc golf are another bonus! Also we have wonderful neighbors.
What makes this property unique
What makes our place unique is being on an intercoastal canal that you can fish on in the middle of a large, peaceful forest reserve with so many activities to enjoy and lots of wildlife too!
