2nd floor ocean view apartment with two bedrooms on the world famous Kite Beach with bathroom, AC, full kitchen, high speed wifi, tv, bath towels. Just a few steps from the on-site pool, restaurants, bars, kite schools.
Gated, 24h security, 5 min from town with taxi just in front of the hotel, social atmosphere garanteed.
Free parking in the hotel's own guarded area, free cleaning ones a week.
On site beach restaurant/bar
On site sunbeds/lounge area.
Located literally meters from the sand - from balcony only 30 steps away. Just 25 minutes from Puerto Plata Airport, 1.5 km from the center of town.
For kiters we have an onsite air compressor to pump your kites and the large grassy lawn is the perfect place for you to roll your kites up on.
The condominium is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the airport, nightlife, and the city center, and protected from noise of downtown nightlife so it is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with infants and children) who want to be close to the ocean. Relaxing Fun Spring Break with Family
The unit was spacious and had everything we needed.
The grounds and pool were so beautiful and well taken care of. The beach was raked every morning. Sunrises were spectacular. Restaurant and bar is in our front yard and so convenient. Tifany and Eva in property management were so helpful and easy to contact. I was happy there was a security guard at front gate. Fresh fruit stand 2 minutes away, liquor store 1 minute away. Taxi and motoconcho stand just across the street to get into town. My husband is a kitesurfer and having an air compressor and hose to wash off equipment and our feet after returning from the beach made everything easier for us. I will come again! Great family vacation.

I visited Cabarete 15 years ago for the first time as a tourist, as a kitesurfer. I’ve been many places in the word trough the years but Cabarete was really the first one where I felt I really arrived. Was love at firsd sight.Since then we came back with my family every year than two times a year. And now we are very lucky to be able to own theese condos and would be happy to share the feelings with other people to show the beauty of this place:)
