This condo (1377 sq. ft., built in 2010) sits directly (no road to cross) on the pristine beach about 300 feet from the Mississippi Sound. It is located across the bay from the town Bay St. Louis. It is about two miles west of downtown Pass Christian. The condo is at Henderson Point on the Henderson Peninsula..

Tastefully decorated with modern art, including works by Walter Anderson and Mondrian.

Enjoy water views from the master bedroom and den, or from the private balcony running in front of the den and master bedroom.

A wonderful vacation spot!

This clean, comfortable, well-stocked condo does not disappoint! View the Gulf from the balcony. The complex has a well-maintained pool and is steps away from sandy, white beaches. It is a perfect location for a week of family fun!

Great hidden gem

This is a wonderful beach condo just a quick drive from NOLA. Owner is very responsive, condo was clean with all amenities, complex was very pretty and clean, beach access wonderful. Being close to restaurants and shopping was an added plus. Highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious, clean, and extremely accommodating. Kitchen well stocked with great cookware, appliances and spices. We also appreciated that it was stocked with all of the necessities so that we didn’t have to make rush to the store immediately. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back!

Location and Luxury

Our third long stay at this unit quickly became a vacation home, with none of the obligation of a principal residence. Quality construction, quality furnishings, tasteful and imaginative decor emphasizing local art, many volumes of local lore and history; fine setting on Henderson Point. Only quibble is that master bedroom carpet needs replacing and woodwork trim, especially baseboards, need a good cleaning. We also replaced the coffeemaker, which went on the fritz on day one. That said, we will return.

Luxe and Location

Probably the best unit in the building, nearest to elevator and rubbish chute, with good views to the sea and pool. Catches afternoon sun, ideal in winter. Interior decor is tasteful and of high quality. Fine, firm bed. Fully equipped with all staples in kitchen and bath (except peppermill, juicer, and food processor, items unlikely to be used anyow). Only quibbles: (1) Office is closed; no manager on premises; information hard to come by; O'Dwyer sales agent is indifferent; (2) water pressure barely adequate on top floor -- don't use laundry, dishwasher or toilet when shower is in progress; (3) toilet tissue and kitchen paper towels are of very inferior grade. Otherwise, as long as you remember the entry/exit codes, it's like having a fine beach home.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at Inn by the Sea! The condo was very clean and well kept. The kids had a hard time deciding between the easy walk to the beach or the pool that was a great for adults and kids alike. The host made a point to provide many of the comforts of home (including a thing or two that we forgot!). We hope to stay again soon.

This was a surprise trip for my wife, grandma to 2 boys..We were comfortable in unit, boys loved the pool...we mostly ate out, but kitchen was well stocked with extras...nice clean unit.

Southern Charm

The only issue is the pool chairs and tables. My husband and I were staying there over July 4th. We noticed at the pool there were three distinct groups of people. Both July 3 and the 4 someone from each group would go to the pool area at the crack of dawn and collect chairs and tables into a group. Coolers, towels, beach bags were used to “save” these tables and chairs. If ten people were in the group 10 chairs and 10 lounge chairs would be pulled into the huddle or saved with towels. This left nothing for my husband and I to use later in the day. The crazy part is many of the saved chairs went unused but were unavailable to other guests. I know it’s a holiday and celebrating with friends is fun but I paid a tidy rental fee and would have liked the use of two chairs. No doubt on a non holiday this would not be a problem.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo and surrounding area was convenient to get to, not crowded and very clean. Thanks to the owner for providing so many things to make our stay comfortable. We literally only needed to buy food! We will definitely be back, and will certainly recommend to our friends!

Fall Break was AWESOME!

The unit was well stocked, clean and quiet. The whole property was the same; clean and quiet and very well maintained. It is in a secluded area so it's not too touristy but it's not far from shopping and restaurantes either. We would stay here again for sure.

Week in The Pass

We spent the last week in Pass Christian and what a gem! The condo complex awesome and the beach was so quiet it was almost like we had our own private beach! Pass Christian is a quaint, laid back ocean front town and the locals are awesome! Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming! The owner John checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and we were happy to report it was better than that! The water in the gulf isn’t that beautiful blue and there are better beaches for shelling, but if you are looking for quiet & peaceful by the sea this is the place to be. The Pass is our new favorite and we can’t wait to go back! 5+ stars!

The condo has the best view in the property. Nice large porch for lounging. The interior was really well appointed with all manner of books, board games, and TVs. The owners only checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cookware, and paper goods/trash bags etc... We'll be back!!

We traveled to Henderson Point with our three young children. The condo was beautiful and in great condition! John provided us with a ton of information about the surrounding area, as well as basic info about the condo complex, which made it easy to find and access. The condo was more than sufficiently stocked with items to make our stay that much more comfortable, including coffee, beach towels, and a baby bed and high chair for our toddler. We would definitely stay again, should we find ourselves in the area again.

Our family loves to cook and eat well. And we appreciate quiet time on the beach and swimming in the pool. We have two vacation rental condos at Pass Christian and one on Dauphin Island, Alabama--all with direct beach access. We also have a mountain vacation rental in Sapphire, NC. Our two units at Inn by the Sea replace two units destroyed by Katrina.

Why they chose this property

It is 60 miles from New Orleans and is the only truly Gulf of Mexico beachfront development between New Orleans and Biloxi. The site of these condos is quite remote -- 1/4 mile from the highway and directly on the beach. Watch kite surfers 1/4 mile away when the wind is up.
Enjoy great restaurants in nearby Waveland, Bay St. Louis, and Pass Christian.

What makes this property unique

We provide an extensive library with books of a regional, nautical and historical nature. We have jigsaw puzzles and other games as well. We keep the kitchen well stocked with anything you could need for cooking at home--including a wide range of spices.
