Escape to a custom-built sanctuary where the Texas sky feels infinite. Nestled on 3 acres in a protected Dark Sky area, this 2,240 sq. ft. brick estate offers a rare blend of luxury and country peace. Whether you’re hosting a family gathering or visiting for a wedding or military graduation, this is your private Hill Country oasis.
The Sleep Experience (Sleeps up to 12)
We prioritize rest. Every bed features all-new, high-loft linens washed at high temperatures for maximum sanitization.
The Master Sanctuary: Features a King-sized bed, smart TV, sound machine, and a private ensuite with a double vanity and shower.
The Sunset King Room: An incredibly spacious secondary room with a King bed, desk and comfy chair.
The Sunrise King Room: A bright, airy room with a third King-sized bed.
The Bunk Room: Perfect for kids, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk setup.
Flex Space: The living room and sunroom offer ample space for high-profile Queen air mattresses (provided) to accommodate larger groups.
Chef’s Kitchen & Living
Spacious living room with cozy couch, gas fireplace, large smart TV, plus plenty of board games and books to enjoy.
Full Kitchen: Stocked with everything you need—full-sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
Coffee Station: A dedicated brewer with plenty of mugs to start your morning right.
Sunroom: A bright, enclosed space perfect for morning coffee or extra guest sleeping.

Stargazing: We are located in a Dark Sky Zone. On clear nights, the Milky Way is visible with the naked eye from the yard. Enjoy the night sky from our zero gravity chairs around our firepit.
3 Gated Acres: Plenty of room to roam! We are proudly dog-friendly and welcome furry family members of all sizes. Must be friendly
RV Hookup: A 30-amp RV hookup is available on-site for an additional fee—perfect for extended family caravans.

Originally from Waco Texas, I became a military spouse and have lived all over. I love being able to host guests from all around the globe! I am a homeschooling mom to 4 amazing kids. In my free time, I love to ride horses, raise chickens and other farm animals.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property when we moved back to Texas after leaving active duty military. We thought we would stay here forever, but we ended up moving to the San Antonio area. We love being able to offer our home to other families wanting a home away from home.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique in that although it is in a neighborhood, it sits in a National Dark Sky Area. The 3 acre property is the second largest in the neighborhood allowing for privacy and quiet for those seeking some peaceful country life.
