This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is located in Union City, New Jersey. IT IS APPROX. 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM MIDTOWN MANHATTAN. It is right across the Lincoln Tunnel and the Hudson River. 3.26 MILES AWAY FROM PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL AND TIMES SQUARE AREA. IT IS EASIER AND FASTER TO COMMUTE TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN FROM OUR LOCATION THAN SOME PLACES IN NEW YORK LIKE THE BRONX, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS.
- Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, groceries, bakeries, etc.

TRANSPORTATION
- It is 10 minutes away from Port Authority Bus Terminal / Times Square area
- Bus stop is almost at your door step
- Accessibility to pretty much every bus going into Manhattan
- EASIEST AND FASTEST WAY TO GO NEW YORK IS BY SHUTTLE BUSES AS THEY RUN 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK. ($3.00 one way)
- Going into to Manhattan, you can take any shuttle bus
The bus stop is a few feet away, almost in front of the apt.
-Coming back, you should take the ones OUTSIDE the Port Authority Bus Terminal ( IN FRONT OF THE NEW YORK TIMES BUILDING) with the sign that says PATERSON, they drop you off ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT.

Great apartment and transport on doorstep

Ruth & Henry are lovely people and Manny their driver was great when collecting and returning us to airport. Towels and toiletries were provided which was excellent and apartment was very clean.

Amazing accomodation with great hosts

I booked with Ruth a few months in advance for 3 girls staying for 8 nights. Straight away, Ruth was very accomodating as the apartment was not available the first night, so she arranged for us to stay at another property, 5 minutes away. We arrived at JFK and got picked up by Henry, Ruths husband. He was lovely, even took us on a little tour of New York and we had a great laugh talking about the films different hotels had featured in! The first property was lovely and you could tell the time and effort had gone into making it great. The best thing about it was the beds! Amazing bob-o-pedic sofa beds which was very welcome after a long flight!! I would actually recommend to stay on the sofabeds instead of the beds, not that theres anything wrong with those, but I swear they were comfier than my own! In fact, when I came back to the UK, I googled whether they were available for me to buy! On our first night, Henry very kindly drove us to Hoboken, to a pizza place with the largest slices in NY! Incredible, such a great recommendation! Ruth picked us up at the first apartment and took us to this one, it was STUNNING and very large! The pictures dont actually do it justice, it was very spacious, two bedrooms with massssive beds and then 2 sofabeds, I even remember there was 2 more pullouts. Ruth again, was very accomodating, she drove us round the area and showed us where to get the bus, showed us where the supermarket was etc. Our stay was fantastic, Ruth and Henry always made it known that they were available to help should we have any questions, problems or issues, which was amazing, fantastic hosts. There was even a day when I mentioned we were going shopping and Ruth asked me to call her off the apartments house phone where she proceeded to tell me all about Jersey Gardens, which is the best outlet mall!! It was obvious they care about their guests and them enjoying their stay, you could tell it was not just to provide a service and thats it, alot of care and time has gone into it. It was all definitely appreciated as we had an amazing time. I definitely recommend to stay here, more so because of Ruth and Henry and how friendly they are with helping with what you need. It makes all of the difference when you are a tourist in a country you have never been to before. Thanks so much Ruth and Henry

Absolutely perfect stay!!!

Once we arrived at the airport Myra was waiting to pick up our family and bring us to our apartment. The apartment was perfect and it even had a Christmas tree. All the beds were very comfortable and the stocked kitchen was wonderful. We had 3 adults and my three granddaughters and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Ruth and her husband were the perfect hosts and gave us many tips on getting into the city. She even resued us when we went past our bus stop on how to get back to the apartment. Definitely woud recomnend this property.

Perfect place to enjoy New York and get Away from the hustle and bustle

My family of 7 enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom apartment that was a short bus ride away from the Port Authority bus station in New York. Once we got the the bus system figured out, we loved experiencing being in a part of New Jersey and away from the business of New York. There were plenty of beds, one of the bathrooms was big and had a jet tub. The showers were nice, and the kitchen provided plenty of seating for our family of 7. The beds were comfy, the inside was nicely decorated and we had no complaints. We would stay here again with our family if we had the chance.
