May stay
We left early. I killed a roach. We had to avoid a skunk in the area. The neighborhood seems sketchy. The master bedroom and living rooms have odd furniture layouts.
The place was perfect for what we were wanting. Our family went to visit my kid in college nearby. The location where we were staying was close to campus, and the accommodations were much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were big, the place was clean and there was plenty of room to move around. The host was very responsive and checked in on how are stay was going. One minor issue was resolved quickly. Overall a wonderful time and a great place to stay. We will be sure to book with the host again whenever we come to town for a visit!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The communication with the host was great. The home was "cozy" but there was no AC in the home at all. (Which isnt all that abnormal for late season New England) Even with the fans and windows open it did not get below 77 degrees in the home. Neighborhood was ok..... 10pm "quiet time" wasnt followed by everyone but it wasnt a "nuisance." 3.5/5

Thank you for your feedback, Jason. I’d like to clarify two points for future guests:
1. Air Conditioning – Our home does have AC during the summer months. However, as noted in my communication with you during your stay, the units are removed mid-September as the season cools down. Fans are provided in every room for comfort once AC is removed for the fall/winter months.
2. Quiet Hours – The 10pm quiet time rule applies to guests on our property. We do not control neighboring homes, but there were no other guests on the premises during your stay. This guideline is simply to ensure courtesy and a peaceful environment for all visitors when multiple parties are present.
-We appreciate your comments and are always working to make each stay as comfortable as possible.
This place was as described and extremely clean. There was plenty of space for our entire family. The only thing we would’ve changed would’ve been for the heat to be turned on before we had arrived. It was 63, so our first night was very cold until it warmed up. The check-in instructions could also have been a little bit better, but the host was quick with responding to get us to the right entrance.
