4th of July special...! Peaceful Forest Retreat. Spacious Cabin Hideaway,

Located a few minutes from Warsaw MO, this homely escape is close enough to all of the town has to offer, yet secluded for true tranquility
Close to town , shopping and restaurants

Families, Fishermen and hunters will enjoy a comfortable stay in this 3 bedroom 2 bath house.
(1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin beds and 2 extra couches)
* Kitchen equipped for basic cooking
* Wi-Fi provided
* The cabin offers TV without cable service (for now) but guests are welcome to bring their Firestick device
* There is a bed sofa in the TV area that accommodate an additional person
* Additional blankets in the basement's closet
* Pets are welcome (with an additional fee)

Guest access
- 600 yards of dirt road to get to the cabin
- At the entry's property there is a few feet of dirt/downslope pathway that may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. (They still can have direct access to the cabin through the basement)

- Outdoor fires permitted only at the firepit (be extremely cautious since there is a lot of vegetation around).

Trash at check out: Big black bags shall be used, PROPERLY CLOSED. Leave bags in the garage. (DO NOT USE THE GREEN TRASH BIN IN THE STREET).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
FISHERMEN / HUNTERS do not process fish/game inside the cabin. (additional cleaning fees may apply). Blackstone griddle not fully functional yet.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms/TV sofa. Outside smoking permitted (make sure to pickup cigarettes butts, careful with dry vegetation around).
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Disruptive or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited by VRBO policies.
