Lots of little issues
*Clogged sink upon arrival
*many Doors do not shut completely
*Balcony door did not lock off the master suite
*No blinds/window coverings in master suite for the windows
*3rd floor bedroom balcony door opened when the other balcony door closed
*2nd floor shower head was making weird noises and did not work well
*Outlet cover fell off when trying to plus something in(no screw)
*several outlets we’re not working in bedrooms
*Garage not available for cars until we moved some furniture
*No street parking for third car because garage was not available
*Wine fridge was not on
*Master tub looked dirty
*backyard was a mess- dirty, but empty tub, random take on the ground, dirty koi pond, down spout had fallen off the house and was on the ground
*random tote in the garage with a live fish
*pots and pans were dirty and needed cleaned before use
*No information given ahead of time about TP, garbage bags, cleaning supplies…. Would have been helpful
For the amount this place costs, I found this very unacceptable and am questioning ever using this app/rental vender again.
