Newly Built Rustic Studio with Pool, Hot tub, Firepit and More

This newly built studio was designed to host, providing all the best amenities including a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, plus many outdoor games.

This upstairs unit provides a great deck for you to hangout and enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the view of the property, including its seasonal vegetable garden and fruit trees, as well as a bird's eye view of the neighborhood. Inside the guesthouse you’ll find all the amenities and comforts of home.

If you bring guest on the property, they are your responsibility (There actions are your actions).

We do have 3 Dogs that are Friendly to all humans, and most other dogs however our little one (Papillon/yorkie) female dog that we've found can be aggressive towards some female dogs and sometimes males. She has never hurt a dog., but she has killed other animals. She loves people.

If you are bringing a Service animal, then proof of training / certification is required at time of booking.

The studio was very nice, comfortable bed, thick towels and good amenities. The hosts were helpful, friendly and timely in their responses. Would recommend it to others. Also close to airport, stores and restaurants.

Weekend getaway to National parks

Owner was great to work with, very clean and close to highway access. Worked great for what we needed. The neighborhood seemed a little run down but their property was very well kept and had no issues. Would stay again if visiting the parks.

Clean Studio with Amazing Outdoor Amenities & Friendly Hosts

Host was extremely friendly and welcoming. While we did not have any time to use the outdoor amenities during our stay, the host had created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax in (hot tub, pool, picnic table with misters, lawn chairs, and fire pit!) Would definitely love to stay here again if we visit Fresno! If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, no need to look further.

Cute little studio. Great hosts. AC nice. Bed super cozy. We came to town for a music festival. Only hard part for me, no bathroom vanity. Had to use kitchen sink for everything. Including brushing teeth. Harder for females to get ready. Other than that, everything was great.

Work get away

I thought the studio was so cute, the patio set up was cute and kinda felt a little country the way it was set up, with the saloon and fire pit was set up. It was obviously to hot (114) to enjoy most of these things. Only because it is Fresno, but it is near lots of cool and convenient things.
