Newly built (2022) modern comfort abounds at this stylish seaside studio. Situated near the northern end of Marathon, you'll enjoy a convenient location for all your favorite Florida Keys activities - both on and off the water. Additional on-site perks including an oceanfront pool and shady, palapa-style picnic benches let you indulge in waterfront leisure just steps from your front door. Some great local restaurants and convenient shopping options are located within walking distance of the complex. Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters and the Florida Keys/Marathon International Airport are each within a one-mile radius.

The space is bright and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out despite its studio-style floor plan. Stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a full-size stove/oven) make it easy to whip up home-cooked meals or picnics to pack and take downstairs. A large smart TV and sofa let you lounge and unwind between outings. A balcony-style slider beside the bed opens out onto the courtyard so you can turn on the fan and let the cool breezes circulate. There's also a mini-split for added home comfort. Additional perks include free WiFi and shared laundry facilities located on-site.

All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please be aware that check-in MUST occur prior to 10:00PM for this home, due to Gate Access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
