Words cannot express how we feel about Vrbo and of course our Host, Jason. He was available from start to finish. The Penthouse had unbelievable views.The Hugh Patio extended the magnificent view of the city. Large Livingroom, Bedrooms and bathrooms. No complaints at all.

the rooftop penthouse was even better than advertised. It was the perfect size, very clean, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooftop deck is simply amazing. Large enough to allow you to find some shade but being the size that it is allows for 360-degree views - amazing! Jason was a tremendous host. He provided great information upfront and responded almost immediately to any question that I had. I will definitely check its availability on my future trips to New OrleansDave S

Great location close to the arena , stadium and civic theater. Lots of great dining nearby. Spectacular views of the city at night as well. Jason was a great help as the host and prompt with responses.

What an amazing view!!! We had a wonderful time at the penthouse and loved our stay. Parking was included and easy to find and felt like a very safe area. Many things within walking distance, including a Rouses, a CircleK and Willies Maes directly across the street. Close to the transportation lines to the French Quarter as well. Everything was as advertised and I would definitely stay again the next time i go to New Orleans.

We stayed in a few different locations during our stay. This particular location was very close to a few gems including “sushi by us”, WW2 museum and a package store with a wide variety of wines. Jason responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Great place, beautiful view and sunrise over the bridge. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. WW2 museum, Jackson Square, French Quarter. Grocery store 2 blocks away, many places to eat and drink close by.

Fantastic Penthouse StayThis penthouse was outstanding — amazing city views, a great layout, and an incredible rooftop patio that truly sets it apart. The furnishings were very comfortable, and the space felt private and quiet; we never encountered other guests.The host was very accommodating and easy to work with, and the secure building and parking were a plus. Overall, a luxurious, relaxing stay in a prime location. Highly recommend

Good private garage parking. Taxis were cheaper than garage parking away from property, so once we arrived and checked in, we didn’t use our car until we checked out. We also bought NOLA RTA passes and used streetcars to reduce walking for one member of group partially handicapped.

We wanted a higher end NOLA experience during a seven city college tour of the south, but hotels are tricky with three kids. This was ideal! Comfortable, incredible views, ideal parking. The house had “just enough”— our one night there we didn’t end up needing to buy a bunch of things to be comfortable. Oh and no CRAZY check out demands. It was easy, breezy and would 100% return. (My only thought would be the rooftop terrace has a pretty low railing. I’d be nervous to be there with exceptionally curious toddlers/preschoolers but kids with a sense of self preservation will love it and be wowed!).

Not so good. 1 of the last things I want to do on vacay is housework. I spent about 45 mins cleaning under 1 of the beds because I dropped an earplug during the night and the next day I found a significant layer of dust, hair, and a used condom(!). I contacted Jason and sent him photos. He said he would let his cleaning staff know and refunded a portion of the cleaning fee.A good cleaning is due for the living room furniture, due to the light colored fabric, stains from past guests are very obvious.In one of the bathrooms, 1 of the towel racks is about to fall off the wall. Few hangers in the closets, most are wire hangers.. If you’ve watched Mommy Dearest you know what the feeling is regarding wire hangers. Suggestion: a Target run for 2 dozen plastic hangers.Communication with Jason regarding events that may take place on the same floor as this apt was lacking. I asked multiple times about events during our stay, (the 1st time, weeks before our trip) & several times while at the location. Didn’t hear back from Jason until the actual day(s) of the event(s). I only knew an event was taking place when I heard people right outside our door, carrying furniture, food, equipment, decorations, etc…from the elevator to the conference/event room. All of the above is solvable and if so, we would stay here again.The good Check In, Location (cool shops/safe neighborhood, Kitchen, Blackout Curtains, Patio/Deck (definitely spend time there if weather cooperates).

Great, safe location just north of the French Quarter. Easy, quick walk to the street car to get anywhere you need. Parking was good, condo was clean, great view(penthouse). We were so very pleased! Definitely 5 stars!!!
