Alejandro was an amazing host, very responsive and punctual for pick up and drop off from the sailboat. We will miss him!The boat itself was charming and cozy, situated in a serene spot in the bay with incredibly unique views of downtown Miami. Overall great value for the experience. 10/10
This is a very unique location with beautiful 360° views of Miami. The host Alejandro is so kind and accommodating, and his communication was better than I could have hoped. We did not have to worry at all. The living area is close quarters but very cute, clean, organized. Safe for female solo traveling as well. Would book again!
Important note, the boat is anchored IN THE BAY, not AT THE DOCK. Alejandro provides a water taxi to and from the dock whenever needed! Make sure to have snacks and drinks with ya!
Terrific 360 degree views and a unique experience. Alejandro and Brigit are excellent hosts, very accommodating on providing info and getting us to/from the sailboat. As others have mentioned, it is "glamping". A bit tight for sleeping if more than 2 people. The perfect spot to enjoy coffee with the sunrise and sunset cocktails-:). We had a wonderful time!
Excellent wind-down, just what we needed. I made an incorrect assumption that boat was in a slip, so we would be able to come and go on our own. Boat is tied down in bay. Had I known this, I would've planned a little differently for packing ice, provisions, etc. However, all worked out fine, as Host was available to transport us back and forth from dock and boat as needed. And being away from the dock/slip made the experience so much more relaxing!

Alejandro was a great host. I had a very zen time on the boat for 2 nights/3 days. I got really lucky with the weather so it was warm, sunny and no rain. Alejandro was very responsive and easily brought me back and forth a few times a few times. Note the boat is in the middle of bay so you need a boat to get you back and forth but it made the experience cooler and more relaxing. I loved my morning dunks into the bay, coffee, and watching the sunset. I recommend this for max 2 maybe 3 people. I was there just by myself and I felt safe and enjoyed my alone time.
We rented the sailboat for four nights for the experience of staying aboard. The listing advertised a full bathroom, kitchenette, nice cabinetry, two bedrooms, and sleeping for six. What we found was very different.Communication with the host was poor, and once we met him, we were transported to the sailboat in an old, unstable 16-foot jon boat with standing water in the bottom that got into our luggage. The motor appeared to be controlled with a piece of vacuum hose, and the boat did not seem safe or seaworthy. When we reached the sailboat, we were told we only had three gallons of fresh water for the entire stay. There was no full bathroom, only a manual marine toilet where paper products could not be flushed and had to be kept in a trash can and taken with us. This was unsanitary. There was no real kitchenette, only a propane camp stove, no refrigerator, only a small cooler with no ice, and extremely limited electricity. After the host left, we looked around and found the boat filthy, poorly maintained, and in disrepair. The cabinetry was rotten, missing, or caulked together. It did not appear clean, safe, or accurately represented.I messaged the host and said we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there and would find other accommodations. I did not ask for a refund at that time, but the host immediately became defensive and claimed there were no misrepresentations. We left because the boat was unsafe, unsanitary, poorly maintained, and not as advertised.
This person hasn’t stayed on the boat , one of them has serious mobility problems, you can’t blame the boat for that, it’s more a luck of reality check.
