This home was perfect for our family vacation! The location was convenient to the activities we wanted to do, as well as grocery stores for stocking up. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable with plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to our friends. The house and exterior was clean. The pool was clean when we arrived and cleaned at least twice during our stay. The four grandkids loved the pool, bags/bocce court and pickle ball court. Plenty of TV's for all of us. Our hosts checked in on us multiple times and were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place is amazing! We enjoyed our time at the house so much we hardly left. We had wonderful family time playing pickleball, swimming and just hanging out. It was clean and well decorated. We would love to have more court for pickleball, especially at the baseline but still had competitive games. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time on our recent visit to Bradenton/Anna Maria Island. The location of the house was perfect, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, which was close to everything. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The kids had a blast in the pool and playing games. The hosts were very informative and communicated in a timely manner.

Great stay!

Very impressed with this property. My wife, adult daughter and I spent spring break here with our 10 year old golden doodle. The backyard is amazing and we never ran out of things to do. Proximity to beaches and restaurants was also a plus. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you would need from the kitchen, to plenty of towels.

Wonderful property!

Details of this home were impeccable ! Wanted to be near Anna Maria Island with other entertainment options. We hardly left the fun this home had to offer and ended up staying an addtl night! We will definitely be back. Thank you again John and Chrissy!

Unlimited family fun

Clean, convenient and fun! There was unending entertainment for our family of all ages. Indoors and out, this house was a perfect fit. Even when the power went out from a storm, the hosts took great care of us. The positive reviews and photos are spot on. We had to convince evenryone to leave and go to the beach. The pool floaties and beach gear could be updated but otherwise a wonderful stay!

Property suited our needs. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, etc. we enjoyed the pool and backyard a bit but spent most of our time exploring AMI and the fabulous beaches. Very nice to have beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, etc. available for our use on beach days. Living room was cozy, which isn’t always the case in rentals.
