Self contained apartment with many amenities. Quiet location on Cul de sac, forested back yard leading down to the water and patio. Separate entrance. Stone and hardwood flooring. Grocery store in town. Whether you are visiting for business, family or vacation, this separate unit is the very best option for enjoyment and peace of mind. Queen size bed in bedroom and a queen size sturdy Maine pine futon/couch in living room. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and large deck with BBQ. There is also a garage with space to store your bikes. We are on a well so the water is excellent. Foam latex mattress with memory foam topper. Soothing glider rocker. Stainless pots and pans, every sort of cooking and baking item. Microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, BBQ on deck. Large flat smart TV. DVD/VCR player and selection of movies. Up to 100 MBPS internet. Rinnia gas furnace. Linens provided. Pets considered (no aggressive breeds per insurance). Deep cleaned. Central VAC. Recommended for two or three persons only.

Apartment was spotless. Kitchen was well equipped. No problems at all. Enjoyed meeting and speaking with the housekeeper- very nice , friendly, and certainly knows how to clean. She’s a keeper. Look forward to our next stay at one of the host’s properties.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean. Ocean views and sleeping… the air from the ocean added to it. Sat on the back porch ( very clean grill) . The host was very quick to communicate. Would like to stay again.

All two people really need! Clean, plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, ample parking, quiet spot. We are repeat guests. Had no issues so did not need to contact hosts but have met/ spoke with before and are very nice and responsive.

Great Place to Stay in Eastport!!

Great quiet location that is close to town and the grocery store. My kids and I really enjoyed staying here and being able to cook our own meals and relax while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the 5th time we stayed here. It comfortably sleeps three people and is convenient to most fun things in Eastport. The kitchen is nicely stocked with the necessities for cooking and eating, Our friend, who lives in Eastport, saw the apartment so she could recommend it to other visitors.

Robert and I (Joanne) run a whale watching business on a Tall Ship in St. Andrews, NB. Just over one hour drive away from Eastport. Passport required to cross boarder. See Jolly Breeze St. Andrews.

Why they chose this property

We love our location for it's quiet private setting, forested back yard with eagles, deer, birds, and proximity to the water. The back yard leads down to a tidal cove. Eastport is a wonderful community full of artists, history and beauty. We also have a larger second rental recently listed: 4135787. You can rent both for a larger family group.

What makes this property unique

New construction with wood, slate and tile flooring and a private lower patio, back yard. Very clean. Such a wonderfully quiet location but still walking distance to downtown. Water view peaking through the treed backyard. Walk down the hill to the beach for beach combing during the day.
