Exceptional property. Greg and Carol are great hosts and this loft is gorgeous down to every detail kitchen is the best I have ever encountered in a rental. Beds are excellent. Truly wonderful. Thanks for a terrific vacation!

Beautiful loft, very clean and spacious. Lovely town walking distance to several waterfront restaurants and great galleries and shops! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

We all loved your property. The load in after a long day of travel is kind of challenging, as Boynton St. is pretty steep, but one you're in it's a really grand and comfortable space. Being in the middle of downtown overlooking Water Street and the bay is a big big plus. Would certainly stay again.

Great location, close to everything.

Beautiful renovated loft in historic downtown area. Great location. Property had everything we needed. It was a great jumping off point for exploring the area. Highly recommend.

Eastport Maine loft

This property is stunning. The pictures are beautiful but the actual property exceeded our expectations. It is so homey and comfortable and very tastefully furnished. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Eastport area.

Beautiful Loft in Beautiful Town

Words cannot do this property justice. It’s spacious, perfectly appointed, and could not be located any better within Eastport. Everything you could conceivably need is on the premises. The owners were both accessible and incredibly gracious. We loved our time here and strongly recommend you consider staying here if you find yourself in town.

Wonderful family reunion

My sisters and I rented this loft with our spouses. It was such a treat... exceeded our expectations!! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. They made our stay very easy and we felt so welcomed. They answered our questions promptly and went above and beyond! We loved Eastport and had a central location to visit extended family in the Calais area. We would definitely stay here again!! Cool unit, peaceful stay

Season had just ended, but I was glad of the town quiet (Oct 1). The unit had enough for us all and walkability was good. We did day excursions to light houses, Acadia, island hikes, whale watching. The hosts were very accommodating when I shopped my CPAP water ahead and the shops shopped the things we bought.

We had an amazing stay! As good as the pictures are, the actual apartment is even better. We had so much space for the four of us and everything was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Anything you can possibly need is provided. Greg and Carol are warm and friendly hosts, we enjoyed the chance to get to know them. We are happy to have purchased a beautiful print of Greg’s from the gallery to remind us of our stay. To top things off, Eastport is a great town, and staying in the heart of downtown was perfect. We walked through town daily, got coffee at Picnic in the morning, and loved the wine bar and the candy store. We highly recommend this gem of a place to stay.

Fall girls weekend

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful NY style loft and loved every minute of it. When we arrived the owner had turned all the lights on for us and it was so inviting. The little town of Eastport was fun to tour around. We especially enjoyed the candy shop and mustard store. (: We also decided very last minute to go on a whale watch and that was the high light of our trip. We would stay in this spot again. Beds were very comfortable and we loved all the little sitting areas throughout the apartment. It was a great adventure.

A Big Place in a Small Town

This property is amazing and beautiful with breath taking views of the seaport. The unit was clean, beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home, and so much more. The outdoor seating and grill area offers a place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. A big thank you to Greg, the property owner and Caryn the property manager. Our family could not have had a better experience. Eastport is the most warm and welcoming community we have ever had the pleasure to visit. Hope to make it back in the near future.

Beautiful Loft and Location

We were in the area for a wedding and had an absolutely wonderful stay. We had three couples in our unit and 2 couples were in the unit below us. Walking in the loft as a total 'wow' factor. Our friends that arrived first were SO excited. There are so many seating areas within the house it's really perfect for a large group. This worked out when a tropical storm came in and left us without power! There was enough nature light in the home for friends and games all day! :-) 10/10 would recommend this rental as it was clean and the host was great to work with.

Wonderful Experience in Eastport

What a beautiful loft style condo in Eastport. The space is enormous. The pictures don’t do it justice (and the pictures are beautiful). We hosted a larger group for dinner that was in town for business and we had an amazing time. The kitchen is beyond well equipped. We used the grill that is in a beautiful English garden style compact backyard area. The primary bed was so comfortable and there were extra pillows of different firmness placed around the room in thoughtful and charming cloth baskets. The attached bathroom was large, modern, and felt luxurious. We come to Eastport once a year for work and have been trying to book this place for several years. I won’t stay anywhere else now. The hosts were so communicative, warm, and friendly. One of the best VRBOs and experiences I’ve had.

Eastport Loft

Fantastic accommodations for our group of 4 as we made our first visit to the unique and charming town of Eastport! Greg was a perfect host, answering questions and offering helpful suggestions. The loft is huge... yet very comfortable/cozy....and very well equipped. The space is filled with wonderful photos from Greg's art gallery, located below on first floor. Folks in Eastport and nearby Lubec could not have been more welcoming. I would highly recommend the loft as a base for those who want to see a slice of coastal Maine that off the beaten track, get to know some friendly locals and enjoy the talents of the many local artists. Daytrips to nearby Lubec and Campobello, and hikes in the area kept us busy when we were not exploring Eastport itself and taking in the local color. We loved the loft...the low key nature of the town and area...and would come back again.

My wife and I have visited many homes through VRBO. This property was the mostunique one we have ever been to. The owner was very thoughtful in terms offurniture and overall decor. You can see the waterfront and Canada from this impressive NYC style third floor loft with beautiful and tall ceilings. We look forwardto returning to this home again in the future.
