A beautiful decorated, restful, clean, air conditioned cottage. A home away from home with everything you need including Hot Tub, a couple bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, towels and toys, free WI-FI. You will enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets and then sit under a blanket of stars. There is a golf courses within six miles , also the kiddies will enjoy the miniature golf in Caseville, ice cream shops, beautiful county park beach, and many other fun things to do,
The water has gone down and we have beach area, with sandbars you can walk .The county park 5 miles away offers a beautiful sandy beach also.
We take extra care in our cleaning process to protect our guests.

What a place!! From the outside looking in, doesn’t do justice until you get inside and see the BEAUTIFUL sunset views from the back yard! We rented a boat from Port Austin and picked up family from the front dock! Lovely campfire on their private sand! Such a great experience and awesome hosts (who live next door).

This was an ideal getaway for Labor Day. The kids loved the water and the hot tub. Location was ideal. Hosts were excellent.

Little Rock’s cottage was such a relaxing and beautiful stay! The property is on a beautiful lakefront with its own private beach area, and the ride to downtown Caseville is less than 10 minutes. The cottage was so cute and very clean. June & Paul were amazing hosts, made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We enjoyed our time so much on our first family trip and we will definitely be back next summer :)

Oh the views!

We loved our stay! The home was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. Owner was very responsive if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Family and friends!!

We had a great time and the cottage had everything we needed! Hot tub, lake, plenty of towels, quiet, bigger than expected...... plenty of parking, close to town.... gas fire pit and S’mores!!

We visited this wonderful lakefront property over a holiday weekend. The drive took longer than expected but when we opened the door to this clean, cozy place we felt right at home. The night-time sky was beautiful and the property exceeded all expectations. There's no better place to be on the Point as in the hot tub under the stars hearing the sounds of the waves crash. Girls weekend

Perfect everything

Our stay was exceptional! The owners next door were extremely hospitable and informative about the area. The beach area was great and swimming in the pure sand bottom water was wonderful, especially in the morning. One of those rare places that is actually better than it looks on line. Great long summer weekend

Excellent Weekend at Little Rock

Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend Little Rock to others. The pictures do not do the house justice- the bathroom and master bedroom is recently redone and a vaulted ceiling in the shared living space of the home. Wonderful hosts!

Well maintained and excellent communication

We, five adults, had a great time at this home. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive, provided great communication, and checked on us daily to make sure we were taken care of. I would stay here again! The beds were comfortable, amenities numerous, and location ideal.

Fabulous Cozy Cottage

The cottage was a fabulous place to stay, just perfect for our family. They have everything you need, just bring food and clothes! We thoroughly enjoyed the water toys, hot tub and beach area. The town is great too, we ate out each evening. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and communicated with us easily. We would highly recommend this home. It was 100% the best way to relax!

Summer trip to Lake Huron

From prior to arrival to our departure the owner communicated well and quickly. The house and location was perfect. Walk out the back door and right to the sandy beach or the hot tub or both. Short drive to everything, if you feel like leaving the house. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenage boys.

Fantastice site!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family get away! We enjoyed the hot tub, lounging in the lake with the many provided rafts, and sitting by the fire pit watching the sun set. Again, perfections. :)
