Queen bed & daybed in bdrm. LR with spacious kitchen, dining area, sleep sofa, & stackable W/D, on very quiet street near everything downtown: theatres, shops, restaurants, movies, & Farmers Market. NO CAR is needed. Nearby park offers walking trails, tennis & pickleball courts, playground & dog park.
