Apartment was gutted and all new fixtures etc. The furnishings are all new and of high quality and apartment is tastefully decorated . The home is located a block/short walking distance from shops, restaurants, coffee house and historic downtown. A great place to call home-base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

I wanted to offer great places to stay with nice things and furnishings. A place to escape and enjoy while having access to Iowa Falls.

Why they chose this property

I personally live along the river and wanted others to enjoy the wildlife and river as well.

What makes this property unique

This is nicely landscaped with patio furniture and extra large patio. The view of the river is at the edge of the large patio, Property goes all the way to the river. It is a climb down and back up but the views from simply sitting there watching the river and trees is quite enough
