This recently renovated home has new furniture and stainless steel appliances. There is a ramp and deck leading to the double French door entry. Home is 1 block from downtown stores, banks, restaurants and a nice coffee shop. The home has two bedrooms...one with a king bed and the other a queen. Views from the kitchen and dining area overlook the Iowa river. There is one full bath with walk in shower. There is a partial bath with toilet, vanity and washer/dryer.
