Welcome to our centrally located two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Saint Augustine! Our beautifully renovated condo offers a short six-minute walk to the beach just across A1A, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, it is less than 20 minutes away from the historic Fort San Marcos, allowing you to easily explore the city’s rich history and stunning architecture.

Inside the condo, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen and luxury bedding for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed. The living room offers a memory foam queen sleeper sofa. Additionally, we have a twin rollaway bed conveniently stored in the closet, providing extra sleeping space if needed.

Enjoy the convenience of Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room with cable for each. Our complex offers a sparkling swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and a boat slip for easy access to the water. We also provide one parking spot, however there are plenty of unmarked spaces guest can utilize.

After a day of enjoying the beach or exploring Fort San Marcos, return to our cozy condo to unwind and recharge.

The following items are strictly prohibited: any open flames, candles, and grills. NO Smoking or Vaping anywhere in the condo or on property grounds.

Our stay was perfect. The host was very accommodating. The property was clean and well furnished. As for the location, it couldn’t be better. We were able to go to St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Daytona as day trips.

Perfect location with everything you need

Very pleased with our stay here. It had exactly what our family needed, everything was just as described in the listing. Keyless entry was a great touch too. Beach access directly across the street, short few minute drive to the busier St. Augustine Beach area with restaurants and stores. Overall very happy and would definitely stay again. Thanks Jillian!

A blissful month

We have had many successful stay using VRBO as our source but this one was a true find! We were not really familiar with the area at all but soon discovered how fortunate we were with our location. It was ideal! Situated between the beach and the Florida Intercoastal waterway, we had the best of both worlds - long morning walks on the beach that went on for miles and fabulous sunsets on the intercoastal!. We had one occasion that required that we reach out to our host, Jillian, and she was right on top of helping us out. The Crescent Beach area is close enough to historic St Augustine that it was an easy drive to enjoy what the city has to offer. We loved our time there and look forward to a return visit.

best communication ever

Jullian had just bought the condo so we needed to cancel with the previous owner and rebook with Jillian. There were several glitches with vrbo but Jillian's excellent communications smoothed the process. The condo was great and the location was outstanding. Only drawback was the access to the beach. For older folks the stairs to the beach were a little much but there were other beach accesses that were much easier.

The perfect location

This was my friend and my first time staying at this location for the month of March and it did not disappoint. Although the weather was iffy the first week, it definitely warmed up as the time went on. The pool is not heated and the ocean was quite cold, so swimming was not in our itinerary. However, the beach is awesome and sitting on the beach, walking or even riding bikes was perfect. The beach is right across the street. We also met a wonderful group of people that we played pickleball with regularly. The condo unit itself was very clean and comfortable for hanging out at night. Beds were comfortable too. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely go back.

Very clean, great location, updated but 2 suggestions

Loved our visit. Condo is beautiful and convenient to beach access. We loved the decor and everything was clean and updated. The access code instructions are NOT clear and we couldn't get anyone when checking in. We finally figured it out by mere chance. The kitchen was also missing some basic dishes for cooking like any baking dishes (only pans - nothing to cook brownies in) and there was only one small mixing bowl. Tons of plates, bowls, and glasses though. Also, nice beach extras.

Great place. Awesome location. Easy to get to the beach. Came down from Savannah for concerts on Friday and Saturday night. Easy to get to the Amp. Great eateries near by. Will stay there again.

Enjoyably

Condo decorated beautiful. Extras provided as far as something you may have forgotten to pack. Close enough to historic downtown for us. (15-20 min drive) Owners very responsive and helpful with any questions! Only compliant: king bed is not comfortable at all. Our heads were down and our feet where elevated above our heads. Beach access- across the road (not bad at all) but there are so many stairs up and down to actually access the beach that it was not usable for us. We ended up just driving to the large public access that did not have nearly as means steps. All in all would stay again. (Hopefully with better a mattress)

Great location and wonderful surprise

When pulling in we were very concerned with the outside of the building and construction- my 9 year old nephew called it ‘sketchy’ but once you enter the property you are blown away. Everything you need for the trip and cozy throw blanks when the air gets to much. Beautiful kitchen and island. Very thoughtful decoration and design. The location is amazing for the beach, which is beautiful! And much quieter than the St. Augustine beach areas we usually stay. The pool was great with extra toys and floats for the kids to share. All of the garnering around the property is beautiful. The only negative are the beds. One is very hard and very crinkly, the king bed has such a thick memory foam and no support at all and was extremely hot! All of the bedding, sheets and pillows were wonderful. Would keep in mind for future stays.

Condo is very nice inside. Everything you need was provided. Great location. Nice quiet beach that is just a short walk away and the local restaurants are very good. Elk house and the beachcomber as well as Osteens also Checkout “Back at it fishing” with captain Mike who knows where the fish are, all Good times.
