We had a wonderful stay. 10 in my family ( 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 4 kids ( 1 teen, two 11 yo, and one 9 yo) we had plenty of space for all to spread out. We are able to walk to the beach on sidewalks and safe to get there, about 2-3 blocks away. It very nice to have a wagon to pull our stuff at the house back and forth. We cooked most of our meals at the house, but did enjoy a few meals out. Definitely recommend the short drive to Swansboro to visit Hammocks state park. You can take a ferry from there to Bear Island for the day, beautiful and good to find sand dollars and sea shells. Visited water park and did mini golf near by. Also good location to visit Fort Macon and the aquarium.

Great layout of the home with plenty to do in the area. The homeowner thought of everything for us to have at our fingertips and the home was a great fit for my brood of 8. Our kids are 20, 16, 12, 12, 10 & 6. It was fun for all!

Great family stay

My extended family gathered at Neverland in honor of my mother’s 90th birthday. There was adequate sleeping and bathrooms for the number of people allowed. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted and not having to find parking. It was nice to sit in the screened porch for breakfast and it provided more space when everyone ate at the same time. The main level had good space for gathering.

Relaxing and memorable family getaway

We had a lovely time staying at Neverland! The layout of the house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each floor worked well for our large group and created some nice separation for downtime. Very quick walk to the beach made easier with the two wagons included at the house. Marsha was warm and responsive, and dealt quickly and graciously with a small maintenance issue that came up midstay. Thank you!
